I’ve read the James Potter series, and I say with full confidence that it’s the best sequel Potter FanFiction I’ve ever read. What’s truly humiliating is that it makes Cursed Child look like crappy fanfiction in comparison.
The James Potter books were actually given a Seal of Approval by J.K.Rowling, and given permission to continue as long as the author made no money from it. Those books are a thousand times better than Cursed Child.
7:47 I want to make the point that this banner was hung over the busiest motorway in town. Hundreds and hundreds of cars pass by this bridge every day and the best part about this is that this wasn't even the first time that it happened. A short distance from that bridge, on a footbridge crossing over the motorway, in 2005, a large banner was hung over the side reading "Dumbledore Dies". I'm proud to live here lmao.
In Germany we had a popular late night show called TV Total which ran 4 nights a week from 10-11am. In 2007 the show's host just picked up the last book and read out the last few pages to the camera. For the TV audience the sound was bleeped out for a whole 8 min. The studio audience got it unfiltered.
I remember being in elementary school when this shit started going down. I had no idea what any of it was about, all I know was seein some other students talking about no spoilers and then several others would get this shit-eating grin on their face before walking over and telling them something before running away, usually followed by shouts of outrage and sometimes someone chasing the spoiler guy. It happened allot while I was growing up, well, until middle school was getting close to ending. Just as quickly as it started, it ended just as fast. No one cared about Harry Potter anymore. When a spoiler woulda arrive, they were mostly ridiculed for still reading books. Now it was about pointless spats in the halls, popular kids becoming to cowardly to go beyond words when bullying, and some just straight up developed a fear of everyone they used to bully. Phones were out 24/7, freshmen were shitting their pants while trying to seem 'cool' so they join the popular groups, Juniors were laid back but still kept their grades above passable so they could focus on rumors and drama as well as starting them, and the seniors just didn't give a single fuck about anything. Hell, even being the threat of being held back did little to nothing against the students, mostly because everyone knew that the schools wanted their students out fast so they were doing their best to keep everyone at a C and were happy when it worked, regardless if all it did was hurt the future generations by making sure the current one had little to no understanding of the real world. Oh, and anyone who wasn't on some sports team of some kind, football and cheerleading being the only ones aside from track, were either whores or drug dealers/addicts, there were a few pregnancies, with one birth. I remember this one guy who thought he was the next king pin, and tried to seem like the boss of a group of other teens who did drugs, he was a hardcore racist to boot. He disappeared quickly when highschool ended. My schools are shit.
This is why I don't let spoilers bother me from enjoying something. Someone tells me a spoiler...that's nice. I'll still go watch or read or play for the full experience.
MockingBird They’ve gotten better about it. I guess a lot of folks called them out for it. Or it could be because someone told them that Internet Historian’s ads are also hilarious.
I’m actually very lucky when it comes to spoilers for anything. As long as I haven’t read the spoiler myself with interest, it just takes a sleep or two, and the spoiler is gone, mostly. Then that clarity hits when the moment of the spoiler is only moments away. Eh, close enough.
Pulp Fiction is 20 something years old. If you, as an ADULT, haven't seen it but know if it enough to have a favorite character, I have no pity for you.
That Sonic Obama backpack looks like the cheapest, shittiest, sweat shop backpack ever, and those kinds of backpacks make me angrier than the fact that it's ripping off random stuff.
I very briefly looked at the James Potter books, and apparently they are an unofficial continuation of the HP series, with James Potter being Harry Potter's son.
3:01 no ive seen at least A hot topic selling that same backpack one time when I was visiting america so at one point someone in america thought it was a good Idea to sell them
Wizards were obsessed with the number 7. Which is why it was 7 books and why the age for recognizing someone as an adult is 17. I always thought that 7 books was weird until I learned that pointless fact.
I remember accidentally spoiling the death of the father of the two brothers in supernatural to a friend. Like He had begun to watch the series but I only watched some episodes sometimes when they came on TV and in the intro they always mention the death of their father so I thought that this was the situation from the beginning of the series. So when I talked briefly with my friend about Supernatural and mentioned that their father was dead I spoiled him without knowing that it was a spoiler. But he took it well and we laughed about it :D
I remember I spoiled that Capt. Price was still alive in MW2 to a friend of who’s a fan of it. I was hyped by the time and I wasn’t thinking. Also I read THE Spoiler about The Force Awakens in some random comment here.
I like that you guys shit on Shroud for not watching the ads in a different video, then skip the ad here (or vice versa, don't remember which came first) Not that Shroud doesn't deserve shit, but still.
You know what's the biggest troll would be? If someone like this happened again, but they reveal WRONG spoilers on purpose. Problem is organizing everyone.
Maybe look at the fall of 76 by the same person? It's pretty funny and interesting even if you already know the fallout 76 story. I enjoyed it and you may too. Edit: his other stuff is pretty cool too
How the fuck is your friend having a favorite character from a movie he's never seen? Is he a time-traveler with selective amnesia? Is he a fucking benjamin button or something? Because if he's not something weird, that's impossible.
Always finds Spoilers and people crying about it hilarious... So what?, if you din't read it or seen yourself, it din't happen, that way you can still enjoy it. HAd poeple spoil me shit for a lot of stuff, never paid anymind or attention to it you know why? Poeple SUCK at it, the guys may shout "Snape Kills Dumbledor", but not how, in what circumstances, for what reasons and where. When Jurrasic Park was released my best friend, saw the movie 2 days before me and started to tell me the plot, and since she SUCKED at telling stories, and since we where 8, well she was explaining like an 8yro would explain something, you had no fucking clue of what she was talking about. So when i convinced my mom to go watch it, and saw it, none of what she told me( and was accurate) took anything away from the experience i just got. Thats just how it is.
I don't care too much about spoilers. Sure I suppose I do care in the moment, like everyone- but the two most recent big Marvel movies taught me somethin'. If a _story..._ is _spoiled..._ and you still can't _ENJOY_ it... _IT'S A SHIT STORY._ Stop liking it. Lol
"It's fuckin' done, release it." Spoken like someone that has no idea of the logistics of production of physical merchandise. Obtaining needed materials, typesetting, printing, cutting, binding, packaging, shipping, receiving, stocking. They pretty much _do_ release it when it's done. A release date just gives an even playing ground for all stores that are supposed to stock the merchandise. Many places would be more than a little pissed at missing out on the huge sales of such a release because other stores started selling it before they even had copies of it available to sell.
Eren becomes a Super Saiyan and undoes the snap, but Midoriya dies and Saitama loses his powers. Also Shinji Ikari was being controlled by the Mind Flayer the whole time. Don't waste your time, it was a disappointing finale.
It's not fun to do it to a friend but to random idiots who dedicate themselves entirely to a piece of media be it a manga, comic, movie, tv series etc then yes it's fun to do it.
im not one for harry potter, saw a few of the movies, read 2 of the books, wasnt really interested but im willing to bet some of these spoi boys got beat to hell and back by people far more interested and thus far more pissed off than me
I accidentally and possibly was able to cover up me spoiling RDJ's death in Engame to a few people at a con. We saw an Iron Man walk by and I was like 'You're suppose to be dead!" *cue mouth slap* In my defense, this was like 2 weeks after the movie came out. I mean, come ON, why hadn't they seen it yet!?
To me, that seemed like such an obvious direction the movie would go in, but a movie like that can be booked out for weeks, so I think it should be at least a month before you deliberately go around talking about spoilers.
Gonna be real here, I still haven't seen it and I knew they were gonna kill him off, the contract was nearly up and they were about to unload the shitshow that the comics are serving up.
Just let the damn ads roll, the ya re hilarious on their own right

Wasn't James the name of Harry's father? So that James Potter book could've been about his father and not him.
Inlove how this time they skip his ads. In the future they watch them all the way through. Lol
