it can by taking a unit out with his s3 his cycle is s2 take a turn into s3 and if u kill s3 passive reduce all active CDs by 1 so it works out but it also requires using the full combo on usually the same target to guarantee a kill,his s3 is alot of dmg but in his ideal build he's slow with alot of offensive stats and his CDs are rather leangthy and usually the solo dps my guildy brings Fabrice Eliot Lewis into that kind of JJ Hyde teams
Oh and btw, not sure if you've tried it at all, but against comps like hyde rensi or hyde everett there's a nasty combo to counter it, it's ocean waves chloe, OW alexa and ahmed, you can have pretty much permanent alexa s3 on chloe with alexa s2 and ahmed s3 cd down, also chloe extending the buffs! It's a reqlly strong combo as hyde cannot steal alexas buff and will just kill himself off it. He will focus ahmed in this comp so for alexas second s3 I always put on ahmed works a treat tho fr

imo he got outshine so hard by brewster. brewster gave more option by can counter Ollie in case you oneshot with S3 + buffblock it something lewis can't do. and even brewster can't oneshot and enermy have really low hp , you can use him via assist to finish the job. that also gave him AP push to make him do another stun or def down faster in case they have second dps guy lewis can only take them down one by one but no any support between cooldown also he only self crit buff.
I dont know the point you're showing this to F2P, they got nothing close to the relic you have and without that lewis is a complete trash. On the other hand with that relic Chole and Li Ling are doing so much better than him in PVP/GVG/PVE. so what are you trying to do, leading F2P use all resource on the trash and quit ?
