I have Ann's problem with cutting up hot peppers. I have to wear my old covid masks if I or anyone else is cutting hot peppers. The coughing is awful, not funny. However, I love hot sauce and cayenne pepper. I even put hot sauce in my morning oat and fruit bowel. It's the cutting and cooking of them that affects me.

I used to have to cut up massive amounts of onions when I worked in a restaurant; the owner suggested I hold a piece of bread with my teeth and it absorbed some of the fumes. Maybe this trick may work for you. Happy cooking!

How much almond butter went into this? You didn't mention the measurement, it looks like maybe a third of a cup? Also, pls tell the acid queen that this would really slap with a shot of lime juice added to the sauce! 😸
