Ok this video has saved my sanity, but not for a reason anyone would expect. So there's a sound in Pizza Tower where the pepper boss screams (also I believe it plays when Peppino gets set on fire) and I've been trying to figure out why it was so familiar to me. This video reminded me, it was the same sound the flame power up makes in CTTR. Thank you so much for finally answering this question that's been on my mind for so long! P.S. I completely agree with you about CTTR being good, I think the reason it's considered bad is because of the negative reviews from bigger RUclipsrs that people tend to agree with if they haven't played the game.
Here's a real unpopular opinion: Crash 3's vehicle levels aren't that bad. The pura levels are better than any of the hog riding levels in crash 1 and the polar levels in crash 2; The motorcycle levels aren't that hard, and the controls work quite well, if you're playing using the d-pad like how the developers intended; and the airplane levels are easy once you realize that the enemy planes only shoot at you from in front of you, just turn around and they will leave you alone. The only crappy "vehicle" levels that are kind of crummy are the jetski and underwater levels that have slow and slippery controls, but that's how real water physics work. If anything they're actually very well executed too, even if they aren't my favorite levels.
I would love a Twinsanity remake with all the missing content, like most people. I would also like a Wrath of Cortex reimagining. The gameplay wasn't the best, but i liked the story; we got introduced to Crunch(who has become a fan favourite), which i wouldn't want to get a different origin story, and i also really liked the elemental masks. So hopefully taking those concepts and giving us a reimagined version of Wrath of Cortex could be a really cool game.
Here's an unpopular take: Twinsanity's music and humor suck, the music in particular just doesn't do it for me, I only like one track and that is the Brio N. Tropy fight music. Gameplay is ok, but I'll take the classic Crash trilogy game style over Twinsanity's any day
Unpopular Opinion: I hate blue flame in CTR and Nitro Fuelded. When im playing stages like Papu Pyramid with no super turbo pads im having a great time. But stages with super turbo pads you bump into a single thing by the first lap you pretty much already lost the race depending on where the next super turbo pad is unless your opponent severely messes up leaving you practically twiddling your thumbs until the next race. Items become a non-factor as you go speeds that out run any offensive weapon to catch up. I would go as far as saying blue flame is responsible for casuals leaving the game more than the microtransactions
don't know if it's an "unpopular opinion" but Crash Bash is one of the best Crash games and I want a Crash Bash remake / port or a game that uses it's ideas to make a new game ...might be nostalgia talking, and I haven't played it in years but I still very much like to see it more easily accessible on the newer consoles, like: Switch, PS5, Steam and etc...
The sound is part of a sound clip called "Funny Man Yells in Medium-High Pitch". It's a stock sound effect, and said sound clip also contains the other scream Pep makes. Fun coincidence, though!
Idk if you will see this but speaking on crash opinions I like the design of crash in the original games more then crash 4. Crash 4 is my favorite of the platforming games but something about his wild eyes and more cartoony mouth I miss from the PlayStation games.
Honestly as much as people ask for a Twinsanity remake I don't think they realise they wouldn't be getting the same game but better. The core may be the same for the most part but I imagine they'd change a lot of things to be more in line with how Crash is nowadays. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I am pretty sceptical about the whole thing. IF it even ever becomes a thing.
I hate relics. Relics often put me off from attempting 100% completion. Also, their inclusion in Crash 1 and 2 in the N-Sane Trilogy was a mistake. Those levels weren't designed for time trials.
Not sure how cold or hot this take is but i don't like how a lot of Crash games just disregard continuity altogether, often for the sake of a joke. I know it's funni bandicoot spin game, but if you look into the first 3 original one and the Crash bible they actually had a pretty solid idea of what each character should be, hell, they even had a story that was connected, at least for the time.
im gonna post a couple of unpopular opinions here 1. Nina’s design in titans/mind over mutant was a net improvement over twinsanity 2. Crash 3 is kind of short and easy compared to 1 and 2 3. Crash 4 doesn’t control nearly as well as the original trilogy, n sane or not
Unpopular opinion: Crash Twinsanity is one of (if not the) best Crash games out there. Even in it's broken unfinished state, the game represents everything that the series stands for; unhinged goofiness, unique characters, and charming cartoon insanity. The OST (even compared to other Crash games) overflows with personality and uniqueness that very few games can boast, even today. I also personally think it has the best art/modeling style in the Crash series. On top of that, it introduces some of my favorite Crash characters; the Evil Twins, and Nina Cortex. ... It might just be the nostalgia talking though.
If you skip the relics in adventure mode. I will agree. The gem and crystal challenges add another layer to the mini game to make it substantially different.
True. The gems has the same rules but still small difference between levels. The crystal challenge literally change the whole level with new rules and new background (and sometime switch between day and night). It literally make every level unique. The relics make every level challenging and hard its like fighting a team of experts! Its not repetitive. Oh and fck you coco bandicoot from relic challenge in the 2nd level 😡.
My unpopular opinions are: 1 - I think CNK is not a bad racing game. People always criticize how "clunky" the controls are, but what they don't realize is that it's intentional. For example, Crunch is the fastest racer, but he is bad at turning. Coco is good at turning, but veeeery slow. It's a risk-reward thing. The developers expect you to use every character and learn how to use them, especially on stages where it is more convenient to use a certain character over another. 2 - I think Crash N.Sanity doesn't look good graphically speaking. I love how the music was remade, but the graphics look ugly, like everything is made of plastic, it's probably a texture thing, and it doesn't look as vibrant either. 3 - I hate Crash Bandicoot 4: It's about Time's OST and story. I think the OST sounds excessively cinematic and unlike Crash's music (with the exception of a few tracks like Snow Way Out for example), and the story is fanfiction-y at best. 4 - I do love the Titans' series, there's a lot of passion put onto those games and it's sad is not getting the praise it deserves for what it tried to do. 5 - Crash Bash is a good game and if anyone is bad at it, get good (I know by experience it's possible, you just need to think it over, but I ain't telling you how).
1º the OG CTR also had those things, but all characters play well and not clunky. 2º Completly disagree, N.Sane Trilogy looks 10 times better than Crash 4 3º Agree, but to be fair, the story was never the selling point of a Crash game, it's not like comparing PS1 FF game plots with...whatever they are selling now. FF7R it's literally a fanfic of the original. 4º Every game had people with "lots of passion put", that means nothing, it's just a shield, a poor one. The Titan series was geenric and boring 5 It's not a "get good" thing, it's a "this game repetitions is boring AF, it's always the same 4 stages"
8:38 I kinda agree because in crash 3 as a platforming game it has way too many vehicle levels and it takes more than half the game, so I kinda prefer crash 2 because it's mostly about platforming, though I think both are good.
i know that all the games have good soundtracks and good music so that it shouldnt be used as an argument, but i genuinely do think the wrath of cortex has THE best soundtrack of any platformer game ive ever played in my life. and im not glazing or exaggerating. every single track in that game is memorable and absolute bangers left and right, and what doesnt get mentioned enough about twoc is that when theres those same theme levels, like in crash 2 for example snow go, snow biz and cold hard crash, they have the same music in all of them. same thing with warped. in the wrath of cortex every level has their own unique music and i think that makes every level stand out more and the music in that game is just best in the series
In my opinion, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled online server could’ve been better if they added more online features to it. The reason why they didn’t went much further in Crash Team Racing is because the game wasn’t going to be like most multiplayer games and also they had a different online infrastructure to it. With Crash Team Rumble coming out next month, there will be new content coming to the game. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled had a lot of content planned for exactly eight months, but online multiplayer was lacking features plus it never included cross-play.
I wholeheartedly agree with dominik that we don't need more remakes. We already remade the entire Naughty Dog lineup which included a reamke of all CNK characters and tracks and CTTR characters, we don't need to start remaking things from Crash's "mediocre randomness" days. CTRu is good because it can give people looking for Crash Bash a taste of that style of gameplay again while also satisfying people who want something new at the same time. The only other game that warrants a remake is Twinsanity because it had so much missed potential.
What if instead of ctr nf 2 beenox instead fixed the original and then started up grand prixs again? This is a but of a crazy idea but, what if they put ctr on pc and added steam workshop support, so people could make modded custom tracks, similar to how black ops 3 has custom zombies?
There was a Crash racing game for mobile. That's where Yaya Panda came from. It wasn't that great tho. You're completely right about Crash on the Run. I was pretty obsessed with it until I had to wait waaaay too long for items. I'm not ashamed to say I pay for in game items and currency but it became pointless with Crash on the Run. Even if you buy what you need, you'd still need to grind or buy something else. It had so much potential. Lastly, while I would love a Twinsanity remake, I'm actually hoping that Crash 5 will be something that happens after Crash 4, but is Twinsanity like in both story and gameplay. Def need more Nina and would love if the Trophy girls showed up again.
Crash 1 and 2 are my favorites of the series. I cannot put one over the other. Also, I’m more of a ps1 version person myself. I much prefer them to the n-sane trilogy versions!
If they remake Twinsanity it will actually be like a new game lol. Half of it was scraped. Not to mention that many younger people don't know/haven't played Twinsanity so it can be a brand new experience. It also has darker/ more abmient themes and music. I think I like that better than the chidish comic character Crash became now
My honest unpopular opinion: Crash 4 was inspired by mario or tried to follow it style. Either that or the team behind it are big mario fans. Reasons behind that: 1-colorful worlds similar to mario and not related to crash. 2-you use different masks and switch between them in the same level to pass certain obstacles similar to mario getting specific power up to get pass something. Also, the masks completely changed the gameplay from crash bandicoot platformer to super mario! 3-longer level that doesnt fit the time trial. 4-crates no longer has a purpose like in old crash games. Now every level has super secret crates in areas you are not suppose to get to. 5-getting 100% is only for the super pro expert players.
Honestly, crash 3 is better than 2. On the original ps1 ofc. Given crash 3, had some replayability value in form of time trials and i still favour crash 3 even on the n.sane. The levels were designed to be rushed through.
@kevinno I can understand that, people say crash 1 isn't made for time trials and while that is true there is something satisfying about constantly holding forward and somehow getting through each of the traps or obstacles in some sort smooth timed rhythm. Can't say I felt like that in 2 or 3
@@logiclunacy606 Heh. I kinda agree with you tho. For some reason, at the very least certain levels in crash 1 are fun to time trial, even the bridge levels, which that bridge part may be a hot take, but all you do i move forward tho lol.
@DeoxysAndMew 2 Enjoying the speed run of the bridge levels is a hot take to say the least. I was thinking more like the temple levels with the sliding walls and torches, if you're fast enough it's like the level almost feels timed to your speed because for some reason all the traps enemies flow without you needing to stop.... at least from my experience.... I'm not really sure if like enemies and traps have some sort radius trigger to them where they're not always active unless your close or its just some sort of coincidence.
@@logiclunacy606 i could say the same thing about lost city and sunset vista... those are pain in the nuts. Half the time to go the fastest possible, it forced me to jump around the barriers iirc.
im not actually sure if this one is a hot take or not, but fake crash looks way better with green shorts, i feel like it just makes him stand out more and i think he could have despreatley used them in crash bandicoot 4 cause i can barley tell the diffrence between his costume and crash himself while playing as him, just give him the green shorts guys, the black shoes were a nice addition but he really could have used those shorts
Personally, I think that the bugs actually make it a bit more fun. I've always found it enjoyable and interesting to glitch and break videogames (without breaking your system). It makes the unfinished part of it MUCH less boring. lol
I am not sure how unpopular my take is going to be, but I really miss the mood and the atmosphere of the original trilogy. It was humorous at points, but also had this mysterious and kinda creepy vibe to it? But then the spirit was lost, especially when compared to the remake of the trilogy. Nothing is taken seriously anymore, most characters are jokes, everything is bright and shiny. I still like new games and enjoyed them a lot, but I really miss the raw energy that the original had…
I'm not sure if these are unpopular but coco should have had her own levels and play style (or at least something unique) in crash 4. The other characters levels should have had more impact like their own boss and not be taken over by crash. I'd love a twinsanity remake I also think the twinsanity style could be a way to make other characters the MC. Just like luigi, toad, yoshi, wario have their own games ... coco, Nina, cortex, crunch, tawna could as well
1- The crash 4 soundtrack is terribly underrated, is one of the best in the series and i dare to say that some songs of the game are quite better that some ost of the trilogy and t Other games like twinsanity 2- i honestly like more the coco desing of crash 4 than the trilogy. 3- Crash bash dosent deserve a remake, and is so stupid to me to compare it with crash team rumble, they have nothing to do.. im waiting to see fans pissed off after this.
I love Crash Twinsanity to this day, it would be awesome if this game got a remake. A new Kart Racer would be cool as well since Nitro fueled is dead. It should have been ported to the PC :/ I played the team rumble beta and I still wish we got a Crash bash remake. I wouldn't care if people say oh it's just a Mario Party clone, I think people said the same thing about Sonic Shuffle back in the day too.
I really want a CTRNF sequel but I also believe there shouldn't be one. I love the art style of the remade Crash and Spyro games but don't like the art direction of Crash 4 and that new Crash game. I also believe a sequel would probably be an online service which we really don't need.

Unpopular opinion: crash bash is god tier
if you unlocked all the mini games
Crash Twinsanity has the best Character designs and Personalities and they should use these characters going forward
Ironically crash bandicoot 4 felt like reboot
I would love a Twinsanity remake with all the missing content, like most people.
I would also like a Wrath of Cortex reimagining. The gameplay wasn't the best, but i liked the story; we got introduced to Crunch(who has become a fan favourite), which i wouldn't want to get a different origin story, and i also really liked the elemental masks. So hopefully taking those concepts and giving us a reimagined version of Wrath of Cortex could be a really cool game.
0:55 PEPPINO SCREAM!?!?
Here's an unpopular take:
Twinsanity's music and humor suck, the music in particular just doesn't do it for me, I only like one track and that is the Brio N. Tropy fight music.
Gameplay is ok, but I'll take the classic Crash trilogy game style over Twinsanity's any day
Me reading this comment after making a comment about how Twinsanity is the best Crash game LMAO
The Crash 1 defense comments pretty much sum up my feelings with Crash 1 better.
don't know if it's an "unpopular opinion"
but Crash Bash is one of the best Crash games
and I want a Crash Bash remake / port or a game that uses it's ideas to make a new game
...might be nostalgia talking, and I haven't played it in years
but I still very much like to see it more easily accessible on the newer consoles, like: Switch, PS5, Steam and etc...
i was so hoping the new crash game was going to be crash bash, crash bash was my favorite of the series as a kid
I wouldn't mind if they did the Clash mechanic again. Maybe deal with N.Gin's rocket launcher and nerfing it or redesigning the guns.
2:58 William P Flashbacks
0:55 was Peppino Spaghetti in Crash tag team as well? 🤣
There was a time where crash 3 was seen as the absolute best of the trilogy but now that sentiment seems to have changed
Megamix Mania was incomprehensible in the regular mode but it makes perfect sense in Mirror Mode and it was one of my favorites.
8:09 WumpaLewis: CTRNF is dead now...
Me: Is it? We still have local tournaments in this game every year... I even won the 1st place this year
cttr, ctr and og ctr are very good games
Start a petition about making a twinsanity remake
Nahh forget Twinsanity that was terrible and cheesy as heck what we need is a Crash Bash remake that was the last best crash game
I know it's funni bandicoot spin game, but if you look into the first 3 original one and the Crash bible they actually had a pretty solid idea of what each character should be, hell, they even had a story that was connected, at least for the time.
im gonna post a couple of unpopular opinions here
1. Nina’s design in titans/mind over mutant was a net improvement over twinsanity
2. Crash 3 is kind of short and easy compared to 1 and 2
3. Crash 4 doesn’t control nearly as well as the original trilogy, n sane or not
Unpopular opinion:
Crash Twinsanity is one of (if not the) best Crash games out there.
Crash Bash is not as repetitive as people think it is and I would die for it to be remastered with functioning online.
ruclips.net/video/CBr2ujx9ooI/видео.html
Nah but seriously I feel that an online mode would be baller as hell for Crash Bash
My unpopular opinions are:
1 - I think CNK is not a bad racing game.
2º Completly disagree, N.Sane Trilogy looks 10 times better than Crash 4
3º Agree, but to be fair, the story was never the selling point of a Crash game, it's not like comparing PS1 FF game plots with...whatever they are selling now. FF7R it's literally a fanfic of the original.
4º Every game had people with "lots of passion put", that means nothing, it's just a shield, a poor one. The Titan series was geenric and boring
5 It's not a "get good" thing, it's a "this game repetitions is boring AF, it's always the same 4 stages"
I really wish they included tracks from Tag Team Racing in Nitro Fueled.
The problem with crash 5 is it's gonna take years to come out, if they've even started planning it. 2025 would be my earliest guess
I think the PS1 games have my favorite art style, I like the remakes and I appreciate them but the PS1 art style is the best
Unpopular opinion: i would rather take more maps to crash 1 than get new crash games
Yess we really need a CTR NF 2
What if instead of ctr nf 2 beenox instead fixed the original and then started up grand prixs again? This is a but of a crazy idea but, what if they put ctr on pc and added steam workshop support, so people could make modded custom tracks, similar to how black ops 3 has custom zombies?
Although I would’ve loved a sequel to CTR I also don’t think they should do one. Because I think the same thing will happen again
i agree that ctrnf doesn’t need a sequel, at least for another couple years
There was a Crash racing game for mobile.
CTR needed a dedicated competitive mode.
I'm okay with remakes as long as they make them at the same time as a new title.
If they remake Twinsanity it will actually be like a new game lol. Half of it was scraped. Not to mention that many younger people don't know/haven't played Twinsanity so it can be a brand new experience. It also has darker/ more abmient themes and music. I think I like that better than the chidish comic character Crash became now
Pizza tower scream 0:54
Here is my hot take, Crash 4 is the best mainline Crash game
My honest unpopular opinion:
Crash 4 was inspired by mario or tried to follow it style. Either that or the team behind it are big mario fans.
Reasons behind that:
1-colorful worlds similar to mario and not related to crash.
I prefer 2 but I'm pretty 3 is the more popular anyway, so not sure if that is an uncommon opinion.
I need a remake of Twinsanity, Mind Over Mutant and Crash of the Titan
im not actually sure if this one is a hot take or not, but fake crash looks way better with green shorts, i feel like it just makes him stand out more and i think he could have despreatley used them in crash bandicoot 4 cause i can barley tell the diffrence between his costume and crash himself while playing as him, just give him the green shorts guys, the black shoes were a nice addition but he really could have used those shorts
0:26 I agree. CTTR unerrated af
twinsanity is a low tier game, people only talk about the "what ifs" but the product that was actually delivered was a mediocre buggy mess
Personally, I think that the bugs actually make it a bit more fun.
I've always found it enjoyable and interesting to glitch and break videogames (without breaking your system). It makes the unfinished part of it MUCH less boring. lol
Do unpopular opinion video for spyro
This
0:55 is that scream in the game? Or is it an edit? Also, Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex is an OK game not good but not bad either.
The scream is from that game. 😄
Yea if I remember right the scream came from a fireball that chase down the 1st racer.
WE NEED CRASH TWINSANITY BACK AS IT IS BUT ONLY ADDING THE MISSING CONTENT AND FIXING ALL BUGS
Crash Bash is fantastic. Only missing that 200% reward.
Mobile ctr existed its called cnk 2. And guess what you can’t play it anymore unless you buy an old iPhone with it already on the phone
Here's mine: Crash's design in Crash of the Titians character designs really isn't that bad
William P left lasting damage on Lewis
Twinsanity remake but input all the scrapped content. Didn't we get like half the original game?
I'm not sure if these are unpopular but coco should have had her own levels and play style (or at least something unique) in crash 4. The other characters levels should have had more impact like their own boss and not be taken over by crash. I'd love a twinsanity remake I also think the twinsanity style could be a way to make other characters the MC. Just like luigi, toad, yoshi, wario have their own games ... coco, Nina, cortex, crunch, tawna could as well
1- The crash 4 soundtrack is terribly underrated, is one of the best in the series and i dare to say that some songs of the game are quite better that some ost of the trilogy and t
Other games like twinsanity
2- i honestly like more the coco desing of crash 4 than the trilogy.
3- Crash bash dosent deserve a remake, and is so stupid to me to compare it with crash team rumble, they have nothing to do.. im waiting to see fans pissed off after this.
Will there be a part 3?
Hear me out, Coco from CNK, Twinsanity & CTTR is Hot
What happened to memes of the month
Tag team racing IS a top tier game
Here's one for all of you:
Toys for Bob don’t actually know what they’re doing with the IP and are just slapping ideas onto it and riding on fan hype/nostalgia.
Give the IP to Beenox, I say.
I don't trust anyone else outside Toys for Bob nowadays, for Crash stuff.
Wrath of Cortex is better than Twinsanity. ☺️
I agree
Death sentence
That aint an unpopular opinion, thats just bad taste...
@@olegcrysis1 Nah that's fax
I only agree if you're talking about the music. I like both games music but I find TWoC to be up to my tastes more.
I'm a big fan of crash of the titans
I still think it's the best post-ND Crash game, I mostly really enjoy it
Ditto
