Charging speed for me is important just from 0% to 75%, because I travel a lot I need to boost my phone most of the time. Not going to wait for 💯%. Then I when I am done this my day, I change my phone when I get to hotel room and change it to 💯%. Then unplug it before going to sleep in most cases. Oh yeah I have the OnePlus 7 Pro

Why is the regular 7 pro taking much longer to charge compared to when it was first released. I saw a lot of tests that got it to 100 after 1 hour 10 ish.
Your 11 Pro Max must have battery optimization on which is turned on by default. I get 56+ percent after 30 minutes and a full charge in 1 hour and 34 mins.
I love the OnePlus Warp charge.. But since the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro a have started to get more and more curious about iPhones haven't owned one ever and I starting to feel like I need to start saving to test one..

Beyond 4500 mAh battery is not that fascinating becoz it already lasts for a day,if you increase further there will be a trade off b/w weight,charging speed,thickness of the phone
What really damages battery cell is constantly charging to 100% every time. And constantly letting it die to 0%. That's what really causes pre matured battery life. Fast charging is nice but it's not ideal to charge to 0%-100% all the time. No company talks about due to the fact if people know this battery life will last longer and means ppl will not need to replace new batteries. I suggest to charge phone when it drops 30% and stop charging once it hits 80%.
Also storing a battery full is not good for its health, I used to charge my rechargeable's and leave them in the draw ready to go, wrong! There are apps that will stop or trickle charge the battery after say 90% to prevent premature battery damage. I also charge my phone over USB 2.0 port, it takes about 8 hours or so, but if I compare a Samsung fast charge 9V 1.67A to a USB 2.0 charge, my S7 Edge would gain another 15-30% battery life. Try it on any battery, the slower the charge, the slower the discharge. Another tip, some usb cables are for charge only, no data, and in my experience, they suck, they are cheap and will limit current, which when paired with a 0.5A charger makes for an unbelievably slow charge :)
Charging is a big factor but more important is the battery optimization. I'd be happy if the battery didn't drain too fast and it took less than 1:30 hour to fully charge. Maybe we will see more battery capacity since we are getting 6000mah battery too in smartphone
7T around 72mAh/minute 7T Pro around 62.36mAh/minute P30 Pro around 61.4mAh/minute 7Pro around 46.8mAh/minute S10+ and 11 Pro Max around 43.5mAh/ minute or less. This is something that you should actually do. Completely checking just percentage is not enough. I think that over 60mAh/ minute is kind of satisfying. If you wanna do a wired charging speed battle, you MUST add OPPO R17 Pro and OPPO Reno Ace.
@@prashanthadepu3013 Battery life? All those phones in the comparison last a day and for Huawei service you can change battery for 70 dollars or if lucky for 30 dollars. But for apple you need to subscribe some stupid expensive "apple care" thing. Phones life cycle is shorter because new better phones are launched every year. Rather than using expensive iPhone with stupid notch for more than 3years waiting for battery to die, just upgrade One Plus or other some Chinese brand every other 2 years and you'll get good experience. Wasting time because of not enough charging speed doesn't seem wise at all.
Im hoping that the S11 next year will be able to have a 45 watt charger in the box as I find the not so fast charger for the S10+ takes its time. But it is incredible to see the OP7T charge so quickly

Charging speed has become a big deal for me as i use my phone a hell of alot and i leave the house very often on short notice, i use my phone alot while im out so it’s important for me to leave with as much charge as possible.

I think they were all charging slower. Might be because they were plugged in at the same place.
It usually doesn't take more then 1 hr 20min, my one goes from 0 - 92 in 1hr and takes 20 min for the rest. The last 10% is insanely slow.

It's better for the phone's battery health to not always charge it to 100%.
