Such judgemental characters among the commenters. "It's too slow." "There's too much this or too little that." I'd suggest those people simply shut up and click on something else, most likely horrible, to listen to. Anastasia Kobekina is a wonderful cellist; a superb musician. I enjoyed this piece very much. Everyone can have their own interpretation of Bach's music. He was a Baroque composer. We're living in a post-Romantic age so that there will be a whole variety of ways in which great music is played, depending on the musician.
merveilleuse anastasia on se laisse transporter par les effusions mystiques du grands bach , père de la musique , architecte du baroque , , merci a anastasia et a bach ,, quel duo ,,
Magnificent! As you can see in my picture and in my channel I play the guitar nowadays. But I used to play the cello for quite some time. I started when I was 5 years old. But in the last few years I kinda lost track of it a little bit. Now I have discovered your channel I will take it out immedtiately and start playing a little again. Thanks for the motivation boost! You are one hell of a musician and by far my new favourite cellist! Just inspiring. And awe inspiring :)
That was very well done from one cellist to another (a beautiful one at that!). You bring a new life to Bach and have inspired me to become a better cellist. I do not see how anyone could dislike this video ;-) like this comment if you agree.
@@datdang9113 Im sorry to say but S.L is right here, if you listen to more interpretatations you will find a lot better, even though this one is really good.

@@nickdavis965 I mean, she plays perfect! ...but sound engineer fucked up the mix... It doesn't sound natural like a big concert hall or a church. Sounds like too much digital reverb.
I am really getting bored to hear all the time that Bach being played sooo slow and heaaaavy with affected/sweet manners... J.S Bach shouldn't sound like that!

I agree, there is too much classical music played at break neck speed.
The music dances and sings when she plays. I don’t just hear I feel it hat’s what I listen for in music.
A melhor interpretação que já ouvi! Parabéns, Anastasia!

Oh que c'est beau ! Magnifique interprétation de ce prélude de Bach. 1000 Merci
An awesome performance.....just incredible playing. I am speechless.

Impeccable and sublime interpretation,. Bach's spirit from beginning to end. This is one of the most beautiful suites he composed. Bravo!!
magnifique! Jouer Bach de cette manière est la marque d'une grande artiste, sans aucun doute.

For a few months now I play cello. You're by far the best cellist I look up to
Absolutely lovely!
I Love Anastasia Kobekina beautiful
anastasia nails it..... best cellist since pablo casals....
This makes sense - and I know how difficult this is - congratulations Miss!
Wow.
This is my favourite interpretation of the sixth suite!
You clearly haven't heard much...
It is really good
@@s.l5787 what if he has listened to many recordings of the suite and just gave his own opinion?

Interesting, but stylistically somewhat inconsistent rendition.
too much reverb... But interpretacion is just perfect!
Tell me this is a joke.

Very nice playing! Just a bit "too musical". This music has to flow naturally, no need for niceties, or sudden tempo changes.
I am really getting bored to hear all the time that Bach being played sooo slow and heaaaavy with affected/sweet manners... J.S Bach shouldn't sound like that!
Bach should sound exactly like that!
slow?? you listen to music at 2x speed?
