Hi great video, I only have 1 question. Is the acute training load of the last week (last 7days) part of the 4 weeks which compose the chronic load?

Good question. No, the acute load is separate from the past 28 days 👍

ACWRs can be super useful for managing load, it's a shame that I don't see many strength athletes using this wonderful tool

Yes, it is certainly an important concept for managing training loads and injury

I have so many different understandings of workload through my studies. When it comes to weight training, what would be a good example in your opinion, of let’s say a one week acute workload for chest as opposed to the chronic workload of 4 previous weeks for that same body part?

The exact ratio isn't really important, it's more about the principle of gradual exposure. Just make sure to only add 1-2 sets per week, rather than going from very low to very high volumes drastically 👍
