    As usual a very interesting video. Too bad that you did not explained what is the "Just in Time Intervals for Runners". What makes it different or better than other types of interval trainings? Maybe another video will come and explain it...

    Nice one!! Exactly what I've been doing for quite a few months. I can only do 2 sessions a week followed by a rest day. The preceeding day it's similar to a tempo session. The full race distance at a max pace I can maintain, but it's quite complicated to explain here. Happy to share if I'm given a way to go about it.
