    It looks like training material from the Ministry of Silly Walks, but it is very valuable because it shows that running is not just about strong lungs and heart.

    I do similar drills but being uncoordinated (71 years), I struggle to use correct arms. I have shout to myself "left arm right foot, right arm left foot" by which time the feet have forotten what they are supposed to be doing!😂
