I live in Ace City, overall this project is good. Since construction and delivery happened a few years ago, the price range to buy a flat here is kinda expensive. It should be between 6000-7000 only.

What are the updates on ATS destinaire construction. It was supposed to be delivered in 2024 at the time of launch. Another thing please cover Mahagun group projects mywoods and new launch in sector 12 Also please share a video on projects in soft launch.
This video focuses on projects located in Greater Noida West. However, if you're curious about how Moderne stacks up as a project, it's generally a good option. The only drawback is that it feels a bit congested.

Ace Aspire is dense but the 4 acre authority park negates this issue. It is a small society with less than 1000 flats and hence better maintained.

How about 14th avenue Gaur city 2? Prices are still around 7K.
The project is reasonable at ₹7,000 per square foot, but it's not worth anything beyond that.
Nirala Estate is a good option.
It has very nice layouts and facilities.
