      Trident Embassy Reso indeed is a great project, but we only had to include 9 projects and as per our understanding this project doesn’t fall into top 9 project category.

    I live in Ace City, overall this project is good. Since construction and delivery happened a few years ago, the price range to buy a flat here is kinda expensive. It should be between 6000-7000 only.

    Great list but surprisingly ACE Aspire is included which might not be in top 10 projects of Gr. Noida West. CRC Sublimis could be in list at 6-10th spot.

      To us CRC Sublimis seems like a hyped project.

      @@whitehatrealty I agree it was much hyped than what it actually is. But atleast mivon construction quality is an advantage.
      On other hand I would like to prefer below projects to Ace Aspire are :
      1. Samriddhi Grand Avenue
      2. Saviour Green arch
      3. Nirala Estate (even phase1)
      4. Arihant abode ph1
      ACE Aspire looks quite weird with blackish top colour selection. And looks too dense from outside.

      Ace Aspire is dense but the 4 acre authority park negates this issue. It is a small society with less than 1000 flats and hence better maintained.

    Gaur Saundaryam ( Best location)
    ATS Happy Trails ( layout construction quality)
    ATS Nobility ( good construction and location but traffic jam)
    ACE Divino ( poor vicinity and no greenery and high loading)
    Coco county ( very small size, but good entry and temple)

    Can we trust on eros sampoornam phase 3 ? Can they deliver the project till 2028 as they are promising 🤔 pls suggest it can help us to invest

      It’s expected to be a solid project, and all indications point in that direction. With strong backing and most inventories already sold out, it seems there are no financial constraints. Based on this, the project should be delivered before the promised timeline of 2028.

      The project is reasonable at ₹7,000 per square foot, but it's not worth anything beyond that.

      It's a well-built residential project, but the resale units are overpriced for what they offer. Resale happening above 11k per square feet.

      This video focuses on projects located in Greater Noida West. However, if you're curious about how Moderne stacks up as a project, it's generally a good option. The only drawback is that it feels a bit congested.

      Yes prices may not move further, but chances of getting market crashed is very low.
