    Kate Bush is 100% unchained woman, all of her music is 100% emotion feminine driven that that's as female as you get and that's her success most other female artists don't get that opportunity..
    Kate Bush, because she has common sense, it's a natural fence for the woman in her to just excel in - that is why even amongst multiple genres of artists, she is revered.
    She could be a stark raving mad feminist, but she found a way to manage the outlet without the outlet managing her.
    She is just a unique success story.
    And the beautiful thing about it is you don't hear Her cramming feminism down someone's throat because that's not what made it for her.
    It is remembering she's a woman and sharing that perspective and her gifting without trying to leverage something else behind it - that is the unique muse of Kate Bush.

    @JustTanya. Месяц назад +2

    I remember hearing "Wuthering Heights" first from Pat Benatar. One of my favorite songs from her that I didn't even know was Kate Bush's song. I had never heard of Kate Bush before until I heard her sing "Running Up That Hill" in the 90s. Again, I first heard "Running Up That Hill" from another artist, Placebo. So, when I heard Kate Bush's version I instantly wanted to hear more. That's when I found out about "This Woman's Work" was hers too. I heard Maxwell's version first.
    This is how her music is everywhere. I spent years listening to her songs on the radio sung by others without even hearing her's first. So incredibly talented and influential in everything she does. The fact, after all this time, people are recognizing how ingrained she is within the music industry and is being recognized and inducted in the RRHOF is a long time coming.
    I'm so glad that Winona Ryder requested the producers of Stranger Things to use Kate Bush's song for the show. This resurgence and bringing in new fans is what makes music a wonderful art form. Kate Bush deserves it.💖

    • @Isabeault
      @Isabeault 23 дня назад

      Nora Felder is the music supervisor of strange sthing, her job is to find, choose and give to Duffer brothers to approve... She gave tons of interviews about her job and the success of the song.... Nora Felder, not Wynona Rider... Google is free

    • @JustTanya.
      @JustTanya. 23 дня назад

      @@Isabeault And yet articles still say that Winona (not Wynona) Ryder pushed the show to use one of Kate Bush's songs because Winona Ryder states that Kate Bush is a hero of hers. She requested it to the producers, who then passed that along to Nora Felder.
      It was Nora Felder's job to see what song they can use and if "Stranger Things" can even get the rights to a Kate Bush song. "Running Up That Hill" was what Felder believed to be a good choice to use for Max.
      Nora Felder contacted Kate Bush who requested to see some of footage from the show as well scene descriptions because she's very protective of her music.
      Kate Bush owns the rights to all of her music as she started her own label, Noble and Brite, in 1976, so it was Kate Bush that gave the final approval for "Stranger Things" to use her song and Matt and Ross Duffer gave their approval to use it in the show.
      You see, I _do_ know how to use Google.
      And since Google is free, maybe you should use it to check your facts, check the spelling of people's names, as well as the spelling of the name of the show.

      @@JustTanya. Thank for the lesson, Err Kate Bush is so new to me, I didn't know about the power of Winona Ryder, as she's not involved as a producer, it's just that Felder said so many times, everywhere, that's it's her idea to use ruthill that I believed her, all this times it was Wynona. What a great person she is.

      @@Isabeault I never said that Winona Ryder suggested the song, "Running Up That Hill". I said that Winona Ryder requested a Kate Bush song for the show. They asked Nora Felder to find a Kate Bush song and since Felder is a Kate Bush fan herself, she thought "Running Up That Hill" would be a great song for Max. And yes, Winona Ryder has some pull as she is, not only one of the main stars of the show, she has also been in the industry for decades. It was her request and they honored it.
