I don't know when she will be ready to release a new album, years probably, but I'm patient enough to wait for it, because I already know I won't be disapointed, there will be more warmth, beauty and grace in my life !
Lucky you! Kate has been one of the soundtrack of my entire life from my teenager days (Wuthering heights) to my "mature days" (62, now). Even in my darkest hours (I chose "All the love" for my "final jump", but as you can see, I'm still here). But, as they say, "Winter is coming", and that "bad people" your talking about are becoming more and more. And I don't think that KT's music will be any help or soothe. It should be like secluding ourselves in our own tower, while the tempest's fury is outside. God bless us all.

Agreed! Very difficult to classify. People have tried: "Art Pop"; "Prog", etc... But for me - and very many others - she's way ahead of other artists who have been so-classified.

When she spoke of Autumnal trees I had to shed a tear as I lost my dad a month ago and he loved woodlands and painted wonderful watercolours of them. Kate Bush and her music have enriched my life so immensely, since she came on the scene in 1978 and even literally saved my life in 2005 when the ethereal beauty of Aerial helped dispell suicidal ideations. Attending her supernally beautiful live concert, an evening of enfolding enchantment, in Duisburg Germany in May 1980 as a teen, is one of the absolute highlights of my life! She played ALL songs from her first two albums save "Oh to Be in Love" plus "Violin" and "Egypt" from her third, and she looked far more beautiful in person than on all her photos, the music, her voice, the instrumental arrangements, better than on vinyl! She is a once in a lifetime treasure, who, of course, out of the deep well of her compassion, creates such beauty and devotes herself to noble causes!

Having this perfect little creature pass away in my hand was very sad. I am one of those people who discovered Kate Bush through Stranger Things while watching with my granddaughter and got hooked! I remember seeing her first album when I was in college but somehow wasn't drawn to it. Now at 64, that Kate Bush is one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the joy of knowing. She is the equal of Joni Mitchell in my life. But she has given me far more hope and experience of transcendence than I ever experienced from Joni. This is saying something.

I've been a huge Kate fan since the very beginning right beside my best friend. The massive number of hours we spent listening to and talking about Kate was time well spent.
