Thanks for a long draw review!! Also the different arrow weights. Good job mate🎉🎉🎉
Well done. Yes a great bow. Easy to setup. Easy to adjust, Easy to tune. Priced well. No problems touched wood. Grip is good. I think a good looking bow too.
Great video sir. Elite came out swinging this year. It's nice to see them bringing accessories for their bows. Definitely understand why you're excited. AT has been circulating about them coming with a LD version of the exalt.
I just ordered this bow same color and all and I can’t wait for it to get here!!!!
Dude that's some killer ass speed for a 500 grain Arrow
Can’t wait to try one out. Been waiting a long time for this bow from Elite! Thanks for the review Nate.
Just ordered one of these in bronze! I can't wait! Finally, a good bow in my 32" draw length!
Bought my first Elite bow in 2007! Loved it!!!
I have used a few 35” bows hunting many years. They are great. Awesome stability and easy draw.
I can agree with you right there that bow and arrow feels so good I shot it and the Darton sequel 35 st2 and I definitely like the elite better I really want the standard version I don't have a real long drawing so I don't need that long draw
Thanks Nate for the review I really like the new elite I really want to come to your shop and buy one but I just checked Google maps you’re six hours from me in Jersey man, oh man, that’s a lot of driving i’ll figure something out. Thanks again.
Well done appreciated
I know Elite has been battling cable to cam rub issues, but I hope they don’t put those yokes on alll flagship bows. Glad to see the Exalts don’t have them! Thanks for the great review!
Defeintly a contender for my new hunting bow with 32inch draw. Will wait and see what everyone else brings out.
It looks awesome. I think I found my next bow ❤
Get them im stock. I will be in after the New Year to shoot and possibly buy one. Glad to see Elite finally make a bow that us 31.5 draw guys can shoot.
We have several on order!
Just purchased this today!
I got a kick out of watching this video and seeing your childlike excitement. Good video buddy!
If you were also a darton dealer I’d have to take the couple hr trip to check out the shop.
Finally elite makes a long draw now! I’ll be testing this one out when i get ready to buy after the first of the year
It's about time Elite gioves the long draw guys something!
really interested in this and the new Darton...I will say this Elite has Darton beat on brace Hieght. still shooting my 2017 Elite Tempo...I think 2025 will be my new bow year!
Great video can't wait to try this at my local shop. Hw much speed will it gain stepping up to the available 75 pound limbs?
Who's to say exactly, but I would wager 10-15FPS.
I have a 6’10” wing span and I’ve been shooting a pse dream season gx 2009 model for 15 seasons. It’s shorter than my draw but I’ve always just worked with it. Never had an issue but I’m a true 32” draw. At 62# I’m firing 418 grains @ 318 with my set up. I’m wanting to jump to 475 grains and keep over 300 fps. Thinking about this bow for the draw
8:27 75” ATA!!!
LOL! I caught that in editing and I was like. Nah. I'll leave it in there for people to enjoy. 🤣
How did it tune? Are the cams rubbing or almost rubbing the cables, or did the extra ATA fix that issue?
What do you think the speeds would be like for a guy like me 30 inch draw of it had 80 lbs limbs with say 5 to 550 grain setup
Is that a Z-Light back there to the left?
What is the reflex of the riser?
Go ask MFJJ. He is literally the only person I see review that number and also never follow his own advice on it. I couldn't care less even if one paid me to care less.
@@averagejackarchery just curious. I’ve just noticed I tend to shoot bows with a lower reflex better than those without.
I had no clue the exalt ld was coming out or I wouldn’t have placed an order for a sequel 35 st2
More interested in the 35" Darton.
The exalt seems weird, short draw (even the long draw isn't that long)
And it doesn't feature their new yoke, but is more expensive.
Odd bow, I'm sure it's great just odd.
Shooting the Ethos now at 31” draw, I think this is what I should have waited for. These cams probably produce a great string angle, which is a struggle for me with the Ethos.
I'm with you there. I had the Ethos for a couple months and loved it but couldn't get past the string angle at 31." This is exactly the bow I was hoping for!
I thought I would have the same problem but the 31" draw for me and the string angle was a non issue for both hunting and 3D.
What is the draw cycle like compared to the Ethos?
Very similar. Same cam, just long ATA and brace height.
@ would you say with the longer ATA it’s easier? And it the DL not being maxed out in the exalt like it is in ethos. I’m 31” DL too
Shot the Exalt 35 in the shop. Already saving my Pennies, best bow I’ve ever shot.
Does it have the same Elite back wall where it feels like you can hold it all day?
Yup!
Yes
About time
Hey whats the string angle like compared to the ethos? I know the ethos is meant to have a 35 inch like string angle etc... I went to my shop and tried the ethos and was sort of advised not to buy it because of the string angle for my build/dl (had to move face forward to get string contact) and the fact that I'm primarily wanting to do target for the next 1/2 years until I have the oppertunity to do hunting... And was saying ideally a 40 ata target would be best for my dl/height wrt string angle then buy hunting rig when the time comes for me to get into hunting, kind of made sense to me tbh (the shop wasnt trying to push me towards anything, I even left without a bow). For reference im 6'4 with 30.5ish draw. Just wondering if you have thoughts on this
At a 31" draw I have shot all the Elite 33-38" offerings from the past few years and have zero complaints about the string angle. Won 3D tournaments with the Ethos summer 2024 and have taken many an indoor tournament podium with a 35ATA. You can take your pick of bows at the same spec.
@@averagejackarchery Ok thanks that's good to know, do personally change your head position/face contact much when shooting eg 33 -> 35 -> 38 ata bows? Great channel btw, how many exalt 35 ld do you have in stock at your shop currently?
How’s it hold up against the bowtech revolt xl?
Pretty neck and neck from the numbers. The LD is definitely faster, Revolt is stupid smooth. Of course the Revolt is 33ATA.
G,day mate hope you are well. My draw length is 29 1/2 " would the ld be better or just the exalt 35? Any advice greatly appreciated.
I like the LD for the bigger cam and faster speeds.
What’s your opinion on the elite hntr33
Video to come! Great addition to Elite lineup this year.
i think its a bit premature to say "bow of the year" with some to still release but i get your excitement for that platform
I’m 6’1” with a 32 inch draw length
For the average 29” draw guys, which would you choose the exalt or the ld?
I would go with the Exalt and get the most performance of the cam for you at your draw length.
Would you recommend this bow or the regular Exalt 35 for a 29.25-29.5" draw length?
Exalt. Get the most performance out of the cam at the end than the middle.
damn, you draw that 70 lbs like its 40 lol. i've got a 70lb Omnia, turned down the max 3 full turns, sitting at 63 lbs. i dont see much of a reason to rush a weight increase, that bow is FAST at 29.5" 63#
I'm not kidding when I say it's smooth! I'm far from a body builder. LOL
How is the grip compared to the E35? I love mine tried a victory x and hated it.
The old banana grips of the E series are long gone. Changed in 2017 with the Option and have almost been the same since.
I bought a LD yesterday ... Grip is GOOD and VERY CLOSE to a E35 -I have a 2016 model E35 as well .. LD is MUCH more stable than E35. Much better grip than Victory. have 2 Victorys and love them but really believe the LD will be superior .. .got a few arrows to go before saying for sure though.
Draw cycle question, for a 27.5 inch draw. Does the LD (being lower on the cam) then the regular Exalt have a smoother draw?
Asweome review
I'd go with the Exalt and be in the middle of the cam than the end.
Can you get it in a 60 lb bow I'm saying 60 lb limbs that way keep everything dialed in you know there's a lot of people say you know letting those limbs out you really take away the efficiency of the bow blah blah blah I'm really interested but did they make this just normal I thought you said or I could run it I'm only 28 and a half inches
bro you're not a big guy lol.
An LD bow will never be “bow of the year” They are made for a handful of people. They are never really the companies flagship bow
26.5 to 32 fits a lot of ppl
Just a quick comment... the setting for this video is horrible.... your background is so cluttered and messy that it's hard to even see this featured bow....
I wish I could film this is my studio at my house, but I can't stand up to shoot this bow (ceiling too short) nor have the chrono available. Welcome to having the busiest bow shop in central PA!
@averagejackarchery I've watched a lot of your videos and enjoy them. Perhaps, that's why this one caught me off guard. You still have a follower with me !
