It would be possible, but it's not really what the foil is designed for. It's really for ease of use and early flight.... it will lack glide and speed for a downwind foil. For starting out downwind you could go for a pump foil at around 17-1800 or if you are more experienced on foil a 13/1400 high aspect
will the old masts still fit in the new fuselage? i guess the rear wing will fit the new fuselage but when you want to upgade the front wing youll have to get the new fuselage and there for im wondering whether or noit the old mast will fit the new fuselage?

What is a purpose of the fuselage extended so far beyond the rear edge of the stabilizer?
We don't think there's any reason for it.

These Foils aren't as refined as more expensive foil on the market but for the money you can pump them, especially the 1450!
