Excellent video, Andy. It's windy season in the Southeastern US, and I always struggle hitting into the wind. At 30-60 yds into wind, I could use anything from my 8i to 56 wedge.
Absolutely on target Andy. You really do listen to our critics and concerns. This was so informative, I was using Andy's idea but without the proper technique. I had a tendance to hit down and thus creating too much spin in the wind. Cool session, bring some more with Lewis ´cause we like your teamwork! You have became my go to golf channel my friend. Happy swinging from Quebec 🏌🏼♂️
Very informative guys. Where else do we mid hcpers lose shots - out of bunkers and from the rough. I’d love to see Lewis’ keep it simple techniques! (Maybe including using hybrids out of fairway bunkers?).
58 yards out, I go for a half swing gap wedge. Try keeping it low and landing near the fringe. Recently I tried a long putt with a 9 iron and probably rolled it just as close if not closer on a windy links course.
Top guy Lou making it look so simple but probably one of the hardest to play my own course his also very windy when it blows but got some excellent information from your video will be giving it a go on the range tomorrow 👍
Great content. How many times have you hit the sheep? We have groups of springboks on our course ( Kingswood in George South Africa). My mate hit one last month, 150mtr off the tee, it turned round and attacked its mates as thought it had been kicked. 😀😀😀
How about hitting over a bunker or water with a little bit of grass or a tight lie. I struggle with ball position and club selection and worry about blading the ball into the bunker or over the green.
Jon Rahm did a video recently on the Callaway channel & the worlds no 1 says for driver go for a lower tee height into wind whereas this chap says no so 🤷♂️ On the other shots 👏
There was no mention of gripping down the shaft slightly to help take speed off, without having to actually change your swing speed. Id like to get Lewis’ thoughts on that concept
Stinger lol; its a knock down shot usually played during a windy day; but you can use it any time as many people will have better contact when doing it
I have been watching for a while and I think it’s a great idea to include Lewis. Definitely great to hear that skill explained. Cheers
Loving the chemistry from you two fellas and the knowledge that Lewis brings is awesome too
Thanks Andy. Lou is such an easy bloke to listen to. Simple but effective. Good onya mate and a big thanks to Lou

Love a bit of Lewis on the channel. Keep it simple seems to be the key. Cheers boys.

Ta-ta-ta-today junior!
Great video on how they do it not what they do
I’d use my Ping Chipr

Bobby Jones always said swing easier when you play into wind
Brilliant that love it 👍
58 yrds out I use a 60* 2/3eds swing.
Prefer these videos than testing £500 drivers which most of us are not going to buy.
