Driving iron would probably go 200 or 210 for Thomas vs 250 to 270 with driver. Driver efficiency is simply untouchable with today's tech. IMO the issue for most weekend golfers is they don't practice high, low, left and right shots with driver at all. Driver should be the first club to learn shot shaping.
Good information fellas! Enjoy the videos and appreciate the work 🤙🏻
Getting out and dealing with the conditions. 👍🏻
Is Thomas still pursuing his PGA aspirations? I found it to be a compelling and interesting series watching his preparation along the way.
Yes! We just filmed the latest in the series. He's been grinding away in a busy playing schedule this season. Stay tuned!
Would a driving iron be a better option at this point? Natrually lower trajectory etc.

In the wind I use my spoon Callaway x-hot( have u test that spoon)
2 iron stinger, loft down the driver and use into the wind, loft up the 3 wood when wind is with you - that’s what I always do.
Tee it lower, back 2 inches in your stance and swing at 80% works great for me.
im not playing golf in that lol
You get all types of elements on the golf course - Thomas
