I study at the end of my classes, at the library, or during study hall. My study hall plan is the following: #1 If a teacher told you the day before, that an assignment is either do today or that you wouldn’t have time to work on assignment in class, that’s what I do first #2 I ask myself if I have any tests or check my team’s (my school has different teams) weekly homework doc, and study for any upcoming tests #3 I’ll check if I have work in my electives and if so, either plan out what I’ll do or actually do the assignment #4 if I have nothing/I completed it all, I’ll draw, listen to music, plan out what I’ll do in all my classes, or make after school plans #5 if it’s a day where you have an activity, like how I have Hal on Thursdays, then plan it out the day before.

According to my therapist, I have some type of anxiety disorder, because of that, whenever I have to study or do my homework, I get so nervous and panick that I can't get shit done. On the other hand, if I'm texting a friend or constantly distract myself with something on the side, I can at least study/get shit done. While it isn't the best method and I do take more time than necessary, it's a lot better than me having a panic attack because I'm scared that I won't be able to learn shit

See the problem is I need my phone while studying. Because we have a group for each subject for the teacher to send homework, projects,ect. So sometimes the send an assignment due to the next day at like 9pm or so. So I need my phone to know about the assignment as soon as the teacher send it.
You can also put your phone in a drawer(muted) before sleeping and next morning you will forget where you put it. Don't know about everyone but worked for me.

During Elementary school, I was told to come home from school, eat some snacks, then get started on work. I still stick to that schedule, except my snack takes 6-8 hours and I play video games while I eat
My parents are the type where they always want me to be near me phone no matter what. A good thing to do if your parents are also like this is turn on do not disturb but set it to where you can still hear your mom or dad text you. That way, if you get a notification it’s worth checking but nothing else is distracting you
For me, getting started is the hardest. I only have my tablet to put on music so if I get started first, I will not get distracted. Even my mom have to tell me to stop studying and study tomorrow but I procrastinate to not study 🙃
