Massive revival going on the country where the bleeding saint Sadhu Sundar Singh lived. India. I am also Indian and has heard about his teachings and going in deep Spirit world now.
I’m happy to hear the Spirit moving India. I’ve been there many times and am always deeply moved by the level of love for God by so many Christians in Asia. I hope to return soon! Blessings to you.
@@SimplyChrist Sure, I can try.. mind you Im not to skilled in expressing myself through text but let see what I can put together. It all started with a prayer (likely my first ever) before bed two years ago when I felt my spirit leave my body that night.. …I would like to just point out that I believe the things that I’ve experienced were more for my personal growth rather than for me to go out and try and teach or to tell others about, like this video so brilliantly does.. If that makes sense?…. But, if i had to guess here i would say that I’ve been in the spirit (away from the body) upwards of about 20-25 times in my life, and never for more than a minute at a time. The feeling one gets while in the spirit is overwhelming it’s very hard to describe. The feeling of LOVE just radiates through your entire being as if that’s all your senses ever knew.. I remember every single trip and every single detail of it. I met some children one time in the spirit and as I picked this beautiful little child up and held her in my arms I asked “whos child is this?’ They told me that they were my children and also gave me their birthdays.. After a lot of pondering about that experience I finally came to the sad understanding that these were the children that had either been aborted and or miscarried .. from past relationships😔.. On another occasion I was pulled away from my body in spirit and was brought to a large glorious fountain where the water looked like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Words cannot do justice when trying to describe what this water looked like. If I had to try and describe it I would say It looked like all the stars of the universe were inside of this magical water fountain and that it was somehow alive.. and I remember the smiling faces of the people that were sitting around it. I remember being brought to a different world and talking with other small children who were overjoyed to see me and while we talked there were adults their that could not see me.. 😆. (I still get goosebumps thinking back on this). I remember being in the presence of a Man with the red robe and beautiful white-mane of a beard. And looking down on his desk and seeing that he had written on a white stone tablet in old English lettering his true name, that I would love to share with the world but feel that it is not for me to tell.. Because when I asked him “why do you keep your real name out of the Bible”. He smiled and said “that’s easy, too much competition”.. trivial i know.. 😂. A lot of what I’ve experienced is very personal and I’m lead to believe that the Lord has been grooming me for some proposed I don’t yet know. I honestly don’t share my experiences very often because I know i sound boastful don’t want others feeling any less important in their faith. If that makes any sense. I’ll probably just leave it at that for now.. Thank you for asking and just for peace of mind we both know that’s liars have no reward and that i have written everything truthfully in the sight of the Lord.. God Bless 💝
@@amos7611 Thanks, Amos. These are great experiences and I really appreciate you sharing them, especially since you say it’s difficult for you to put them into text form. Thanks for this audiobook.....my aunt used to narrate me his books in my childhood.I had many questions which I used to ask God in my prayers.i don't know whether the answers that I got from this book is true but I pray this to be... because i believe that he is god's man ...though certain things contradicts what is written in Bible(Intermediate state and repentance after death) i believe that there are many things that i/we don't know, may be not now but we will when the time comes. Only thing that i can do is to walk with him and he will lead me to the eternal life/joy . loved the music being played in the background...its so calm and pleasant 👍❤️
Thank you for your comment! His writings have certainly opened my mind to new ideas about how the spiritual world operates. Yes, there are some things that appear to be a bit strange. However, all in all, it’s very uplifting isn’t it?
The founding father of our church, who was a true Bible-believing follower of Christ, actually wrote and received letters from Sundar Singh. He confirmed that Sundar Singh was a true christian apostle of India.
There's some things that seems to contradict the Bible one is that he said that the Lord doesn't cast anybody into hell that he didn't create hell but people create hell for themselves. Jesus said do not fear him who can kill the body but fear him that after he has killed the body is able to destroy the soul in hell and the Lord said also that He did not create hell for men but for the devil and his angels.
ALL OF THIS JUST SOUNDS NOT OF GOD, even though it sounds so “beautiful” something is not right! It is very very strange, and I will have a quiet trust in Jesus for what is to come. I do not need any “fairy tale” vision of what is to come. All I know is that God has said, “ Eye hath not seen nor ear heard the things that God has planned for them that love Him.” I cannot listen to anymore. I got some of his books, I will send them back. 🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻
Some of the things he says makes sense, but he said that God doesn't judge anyone, the sinner judges himself. That goes against the gospel, because Jesus will item the books of judgement in the end of the book of revealation, whoever s name isn't in the book of life, will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Jesus will judge all, at the end of time. Many powerful prophets have erred in this life, but adding their own visions or options to what God has shown them, and so discredited their good names. He starts off by saying this isn't Spiritism, but most of this sounds exactly how A Medium would speak!
One who has traveled in the realms of the spirit would understand that there are levels and states of being on the other side. If you have never been there how can you say definitively that it does not exist or is unbiblical.
Very true. The scriptures are filled with accounts of people who experience God in a deeper way than others. Most often because they spend time searching for it.
I believe Sundar Singh was a godly man.. but I don’t understand what it is an intermediate state? I know the Bible says in Hebrew 9:27 “And just as each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment.” Sorry trying to understand
Hi Dorina. Thank you for the comment! The "intermediate state" Singh seems to be describing is the state of those spirits (people) who passed on and are living in a certain state of the spiritual realm. It can be compared to what many call "Hades" for in the new and Old Testament. The verse in Hebrews is stating once a person dies, they are in that "world" of spirits for eternity and can never reenter the physical world as human beings. Simply put, they can't be reincarnated and come back as another person. Singh is stating those spirits can apparently harass people in the world (in what way I have no idea). However, their fate is sealed and they await judgement. Hebrews is saying once they die, they can't come back as another living human being in another rebirth. I hope that explains it. Of course, please comment if I didn't explain it. Always feel free to question and ask. That's what life in the Spirit is all about!
Thank you for your reply.. Sorry I was asking about the Philosopher he speaks about at 25:50, that he will be wandering in the lower intermediate state of the spiritual world because he didn’t live a totally evil life.. and he will wander in the intermediate state bumping his head until he repents.. I didn’t know that there is repentance after death.. Sorry , but from preachers I heard there is no repentance after death.. my father is not saved and he is somewhat a philosopher ..
@@dorinases Person who committed suicide and died with great sin, that died person soul still roaming around or some time they merge with human body. Read Jesus Christ taken out 3000 thousands evil spirits from one body, evil spirits some time reference to sinful soul.
Good question…I’ve wondered the same. There are some parallels. If he did come across Swedenborg writings it would most like have been during one of his trips to Europe. He did tell others of liking to read Jakob Bohme’s works (at least I believe it was Bohme).
Even thought Sadhu sundar Singh has really seen Jesus and was born again , these visions are not really biblical and Jesus never taught that there is an intermediate state where the souls will stay for a long period of time (something like the Catholic purgatory) So Christians should not take any of these visions and lower their standards.
Thanks for your comments, Charles. There are certainly many things about the spiritual realm and the states of spiritual existence which we know very little. I believe Jesus purposely didn’t reveal those ideas and concepts because he wants us to live in the Spirit and by faith that he will always be with us. In terms of what takes place in heaven. That, and the fact we certainly couldn’t grasp it anyways. I liken our understanding of it to the size of an atom in the universe: we know so very little about it. One thing I do know is that we will one day get to experience it in the fullest. Blessings to you.
Thanks for the comment. There are certainly some items which some would disagree. I do find his view of living the spiritual quite refreshing. It’s rare material that one rarely hears in today’s churches.
Esto a mi no me impresiona, y creo que es dudosa la escritura. Several people in the NT also experienced visions. The “Book of Revelation” is a vision and certainly a strange one. Paul writes about a man he knew who was taken into the 3rd heaven. We shouldn’t be afraid of visions. I’m fact, it’s a theme in the NT. Denying them would be denying what God has done in the past.
Greetings. I listened to the music and didn’t hear any chanting. The instruments (which I’m sure you are aware) are the sitar, sarangi, and perhaps the sarod. Each are incredibly beautiful instruments which are simply wood, gourds, and steel:brass strings. I firmly believe our creator God lives hearing the sounds of these materials put together in a beautiful and enriching way. However, I do appreciate your concern and comment, and I hope Sundar Singh’s message was of great encouragement.
