I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, we went off of the menu a little, but that’s okay because our menus are created to be flexible.
Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!
MEAL IN A DAY -
BREAKFAST: Simple Scrambled Eggs with Grapes, Strawberries, and Toast with Butter on the side 🍳🍓
SECOND BREAKFAST: Was Banana Bites- Banana Slices, Drizzle of Peanut Butter, topped with Hemp Seeds, and Fresh Blueberries 🍌🫐
LUNCH: Homemade Cobb Salad Jars with Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing; that recipe and video are coming soon. I actually had this for breakfast today🥗
ELEVENSES: Chia Pudding with Mango and Blackberries 🥭
DINNER: Salmon Patties with Mixed Roasted Vegetables and Watermelon Slices. Patties topped with Sauerkraut and Mayo, or anything you like🫛🥦🌽🥕
WALMART: We headed to Walmart to do some Shopping for Back to School; that video is coming soon.🛒🛍️👗
