These graduate seem to lack proper discipline. I know they were excited to get on the jumbotron, but they could have at least paid the guest speaker the respect she deserved.
Mellody, those three words just brought tears to my eyes. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Looking back now I realize I was always brave and going forward I will acknowledge it. For the 4 past years I thought I had lost bravery but looking back these past 4 years I have been nothing, but brave! Love your inspiration. I am too from Chicago, the southside , however, the youngest of 5 children, my older siblings are 25 years older than myself. I hope one day I can meet you and thank you in person and let you know you remind me of Lauryn Hill, both of you are beautiful, brave, black women, who have a voice that has changed the world for greater. Thank you, love your soul!
With USC having a traditional and large Jewish demographic studying there, will someone please explain just how did a lamentable event take place in which a student of Indian heritage was the subject of a slur hurled by a fraternity member there?Quien no concoce su historia esta condenado a repetirla. Are these just words? Has the student body at USC forgotten -- and so soon? If you read the news today (09/22/15), a 91 year old woman is being brought before the court of justice for her activities in Germany during WWII?I might add that some time ago, while watching 700 Club, I was pleased that a demonic social practice in India against fellow Indians was highlighted by none other than Rev. Pat Robertson, who has never been confused for a wild eyed liberal.
