As great as Bron is on the court, he cannot be at multiple places at once. He's parlayed his talent into making money to fund he and his team's endeavors.
Bron holds it down on the court, while his well equipped team of childhood friends are laying down a foundation of credibility for their team in fields outside of the basketball court that's allowing LeBron to successfully transition into the corporate field with minimal obstacles after retirement.
