Congrats on your first RUclips top 10! Please keep making content. I really think that you bring a unique voice and perspective and can get up there with some of the greats like Rado, Game Boy geek, Dice Tower, drive-thru reviews, Starlit Citadel, Etc. In a year or two, everyone in the board game Community should know your name! Keep kicking ass. To be honest, you guys are as fun or more fun than all of those celebs I just mentioned.

When you said viticulture and you mentioned that you hadn't played tuscany, I gasped at the same time you did. Tuscany is a game changer. Awesome expansion. Worth the price for the expanded board.

I think I watched this a year ago. A few months ago, I was in a used bookstore and found Shakespeare for $20. If it weren’t for y’all touting it, I might have passed it by. I love it! It is such a fun game.
Love your lists, you HAVE to get Tuscany, so worth it just for the alternate board. Going to have to give Clank a try!
Man, I love your guys' taste in games. Baseball Highlights and Lanterns are top 20 for me, Clank is #8, Pandemic is #2, and Legendary is #1. I feel like we'd have a blast playing together! It's cool that you guys don't drink, too.

I'm glad to see some love for Lord of the Rings : TCG, which is in my top 10. I had a choice between Arkham and LOTR, and went straight for Lord of the Rings simply on the source material. I'm very much a Tolkien fan, and can care less about anything Cthulhu/Lovecraft. I'm glad it's an LCG, cause you can build and buy at your own pace, plus the game is stupid hard sometimes which add to the replay/frustration. BTW Gandalf's ring he wears is called Narya, which was given to him by Cirdan (which belonged to Gil-Gilad if I'm not mistaken. :):):)
My tastes in games go in line with you guys, a lot of the one's mentioned I own and love as well. Would love to play a game with you guys. Plus I really have to try out Shakespeare and Dungeon Petz
We feel the same way. Don't mind Lovecraft, but it's LOTR all day. I(N) read them every year, in the middle of Fellowship right now.
And it's nice because there are so many expansions at this poiont that they have basically every character. Wanna play as Cirdan the Shipwright? Go for it. You wanna team him up with Boromir? ok!

I don't find the theme of Shakespeare or Histrio that interesting (sorry Nick - or is it Mike? I keep getting you guys mixed up). Would I still like them? And are they good for light gamers like my family?

Great List! Marvel Legendary is a big favorite of mine too! Now i just need to find a better way to store it so set-up isn't to long.
We made our own custom box for it, to help with storage and set up. And if you haven't I would print out the fancy dividers people have made on BGG. It makes finding everything so much easier.
I have everything that's been made so far and I have everything fit into the base Legendary box and the base Villains box. All of the heroes fit in the base box (I cut some thick cardstock to make three rows and fit the box on top), and all the villains, schemes, wounds and such fit in the Villains box.
It's full enough that another big box expansion would have it spilling over. Also, sleeving the cards would be a nightmare and double the space required. I'm gonna need a new solution myself soon, but it's worth it for my #1 game!

The Brothers Murph I was on the fence about “Viral”. I love the artwork and I’ve watched reviews on it but I wasn’t sure if it would be any fun. Your passion for the game sold me on it! I think I’m going to grab it. Also the baseball one sounds good. And I’ve never heard of “Histrio” but I’m about to watch a review on it!

Thanks for this video, great list! I'm really glad to hear Shakespeare getting some love, one of my favorites as well. I'm curious if you guys ever have had time for longer 2-player games like Star Wars Rebellion or War of the Ring, and what you think of those? I just sat down with War of the Ring tonight to go through the rules, and it's a beast, but very thematic. Love the videos, keep on Brawlin' Bros!
We do, albeit rarely. We just don't generally have the time or energy for those big games.We have War of the Ring because we are massive Tolkien fans, but we rarely play it because it's such a beast. But it's sooooo worth it when we do. I(N) would love to play Rebellion at least once, but I have no interest in owning it or really seeking it out. It would be more a play of opportunity for me. If someone wanted to teach me at a convention, and I had time, I'd be down.
Indeed. We've played Rebellion twice now, and each time (with a teach) it was a 5 hour game. Now we know how to play we could probably do it in 3 hours, but that's still an investment.

That’s one of the enduring qualities of the BrosMurph, they readily actively engage with their audience! Maybe it’s because they only have 11K 👀subscribers so they can still manage the time 🤣🤣, but it’s probably because They Love Gaming and the social community that goes with it. Lord of the Rings TCG is easily my number 1!! My brother-in-law and I play it just about every other wednesday. Nick, Gandalf wears Narya the ring of Fire :)

Gamera 23 we have only played it once but really liked it! We want to play with the Valhalla expansion because we hear that just takes in next level. We will probably get the game with the expansions. Maybe over Christmas?
Champions of midgard absolutely murdered lords of waterdeep for me, will never play that again now and the Valhalla expansion took it into my top 5!

We have played Xenoshyft once a while back and really enjoyed it! Would love to play it more!
The Brothers Murph just played xenoshyft again tonight, for as fun as that game is it seems to have flown mostly under the radar. yedo scratches a similar itch for me like Shakespeare. it's a great worker placement but it's a bit tighter than Shakespeare giving me more tense cursing flip the table moments...plus it's beautiful

I absolutely personify my games. My husband has to remind me all the time that games don't have feelings and we don't always have to play a game we haven't played in a while. However, I will say I think it's somewhat justified, because what's the point in having a game and never playing it? But we feel you. You're not alone in the fear of offending our games.

Have you guys had a chance to play Terraforming Mars or Blood Rage? Both are fun euro games with good theme. Dungeon Petz is awesome.
We have played both, we actually have Blood Rage but rarely play it because we don't have the player counts. And the people we usually play with don't like that sort of game. But Mike and I really like it. We just played TM for the first time a week or so ago. We didn't get a full game in and we were pretty frustrated because the rulebook sucks. So we need to give it another go.
Ok dudes I have been on the fence about marvel legendary for a year or so now...I love deck builders and I’m reaaaaaaally considering it especially after your play through...what expansions are the best? Gimme your top 3!
My man you gotta get it! So much fun! This is my(N) suggestions. Get the core game, Dark City, Civil War, and Guardians of the Galaxy. I have heard the Fantastic Four is amazing but we've never played it so I can't say. Also haven't played X-Men just an FYI

Per Sørlie love it! I could see them playing characters (who are also brothers) who were brought onboard as sidekicks by some evil mastermind who gets nicked or possibly killed at the beginning of the heist leaving THEM in charge but totally unprepared for the pressure. They would start out as the obvious “henchmen” rolls but become fish-out-of-water as they try to take over the responsibilities of the heist. Maybe the twist will come towards the end (3rd chapter) as they have to make a moral choice that raises them to become hero’s at the end of the movie and saving the good people of the western town. Maybe they befriend a teller or bank mgr (or both) but then the Mastermind escapes custody and kills the Sheriff and his Deputy leaving the town unprotected so when he returns to the bank to exact his revenge the Brothers turn and take a stand for their new friends who were the first people to respect them despite their being traditional outlaws. After they kill the villain they stay and become the new Sheriff and Deputy of the town vowing to protect its citizens. Because they love long names, it could be called... The Brothers Murph: A Western Heist Adventure! 🤣

We have, albeit only once. I(Nick) personally like normal Clank better, and I feel like Mike feels the same. Ultimately I would play the hell out of either of them though. And especially with the new Mummy map expansion coming out for Clank, we are super excited!

Hey Nick! We have the expansion and really like it! It's relatively inexpensive so I'd say you should totally get it! There are 5 mini expansions in it and each game you randomly choose 2 of them, so it's different all the time. Really great!

I love Shakespeare, especially with the expansion. But sadly it doesn’t reach the table very often as someone in my game group says the theme really doesn’t appeal. 😢
