Haven't been on that beach in many years. But back in the 70's I would take my son and his friend there to camp over night for a get away. We lived on St Thomas. It was awesome. They had tents to rent. And a comosaire to get supplies. Also a little bar and snacks. They would even show a movie at night. I'm sure all that has changed now but it use to be great ! 🥰
@R Berry,,,,,totally in agreement with you! Once a amazing beach, and beach itself still amazing BUT where the hells the clean up!!!??? Jesus, I could have a crew of 3 people for couple weeks and have it fixed up, cleaned , rebuilt including snack bar. Been 3 years now!! WTF!! I get logistics are tougher on island and all that shit but what a disgrace. National park service must have shit ton of money for such things also.......get ur shit together St. John there’s a lot of other islands down there to visit if you don’t
It's sad what this beautiful beach has become. Although still beautiful the clean up from two years ago is so slow. What once was the coolest beach and become a scene from a time forgotten with the gutted out building and debris laying everywhere. I know they have started some clean up in the last few months but no work has been done after that. Such a waste.

That was a year ago! The beaches are all cleaned up now in 2021- there with my fam for the second time!
