Thank you! Needed this to complete a course in university. Had to create data from assessments and chart and analyze them. I am so grateful not to have to create the whole spreadsheet myself.

I would love it if you could show how to create charts now with this data!

Hi! Can you tell me more about what you'd like to see? Charts for overall student performance? Charts per assessment?

Hi this was amazing! I am trying to make somethings similar, however, I am making one where the students input their own data. The problem I have is with my envision the total number of questions change over time. Is their a formula for that?

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly, so I apologize in advance if this doesn't help. You can put the total score field in as a place, and then figure out the actual score in a formula by referring back to that location. I believe you would need to have a place to enter the raw score as well. So you would enter the formula as something like =B4/B9 if B4 was the place where the total number of points was entered and B9 was the raw score for that individual student. Then for the next student it would be =B4/B10 referring back to the same quiz total but for the new student.

Can you direct me to where I can find a way to share the data with the individual student but the teacher have the master of everyone

What grade level do you teach? Elementary, Middle, or Secondary?

I am at the elementary level. Something similar could be done for the secondary level, I'm sure.

Ah, number fudging! You should always allow for students to get a 0. Otherwise it screws up the numbers... (in your favor)

Nothing in this video said you shouldn't allow for students to get a 0. In fact, I clearly stated it was a limitation in the method I was using. Anyone concerned with it being "number fudging" could just use "average" instead of "averageif". There is absolutely no intended "number fudging" here. Just trying to prevent a lack of score from actually fudging the numbers.
