ok ok since I regularly come back to this video here are the pro tips I found: - put another blanket on top of you to make it heavier (or if it's too hot try stocking pillows), this is very calming for most people - stuff a sweather and cuddle it, it's more natural than a pillow - try to match your breathing, it's good for anxiety relief and calming down (don't do it if it's to hard or you feel like passing out or sth) - use a lock function app so your screen is black while sleeping/trying to sleep - go to the settings and set a time limit for youtube (like 2 hours or sth) that way you avoid the ads at the end and the video won't run all night - if you wanna go the extra mile: spray cologne (or deorant) on the pillow/sweather that matches the peson you want to cuddle things to NOT do: - phone under pillow, the phone can overheat (thanks @tee. for telling me ^^) alsoo imagine your husbando/waifu or partner/crush/whatever cuddling with you! reminder: you are not lonely or desperate, but amazing and lovable! don't be ashamed or sth and go to sleep bub :)) edit: y'alllll are so sweet🥺🥺 have a good day/night everyone edit2: my day was super depressing but looking at all the supportive and sweet comments here makes me feel better so thanks a lot❤

I'm in a happy relationship with my boyfriend and even I use this to fall asleep. This has nothing to do with "oh I feel sad listening to this because I don't have a S.O". This is pure calmness and anxiety reduction. Its immaculate timing and consistent that it puts you to sleep. Even with my bf, I listen to this. There's nothing sexual nor shameful about it! Due to severe PTSD i have Panic Attacks and Insomnia.
This has been helping me to actually get at least some sleep, without waking up in Panic not knowing I'm safe now.
The heartbeat and breathing makes me feel safe.
So thank you so so much I cannot tell u how great full I am.

Just found this .. decided to give it a try as my sleeping is horrific and ive slept sound the last two nights ...just imagine the thousands of people that sleep to this guys breathing and heart beat ....and I'm for one am glad I found it ☺️....cheers my friend!!
I am in a long distance relationship and my partner often can’t sleep on call because of their roommate. I’ve missed being able to cuddle with them while I sleep, so this has really helped me get through nights where I’ve felt extremely lonely, and it’s helped me to calm the intrusive thoughts that I get when trying to sleep.
