Honestly, as someone whose heart seems to be in a constant state of panic, it's (hopefully) a perfectly healthy speed and actually super helpful for someone like me to be able to listen to another person's heartbeat without it leading to a huge panic about my own health as I'm trying to be calm :)

It's not actually that bad. It's 76 bpm, which when resting, is normal. It's supposed to be in the 60-100 bpm range.
