EMERALD GREEN
Raiders Silver
Aqua blue
I’d name it Chameleon!
When and where can I give you my money?? Currently online store has only pink 15" handguards in stock. Please advise.
Cobalt blue would be awesome. I would definitely get a can
Emerald Nights
Chrome - quick silver
Burgundy- blood trail
Blue - raven
Blue/green - boreallis
Pearl deep emerald... Most pearl paints have a metallic flake
Predator blue or Barracuda blue
Nice colors, but you are missing a yellow, like Dewalt yellow.
Phantom Blue metallic
Call it midnight mirror!
Name the color Deep Space , or creature from the green lagoon
Batman black
Nice colors👍🇺🇸
LOVE the "Chrome"
If you powder coat an upper and lower, you probably ride on the short bus. This would never work on a pistol slide!
Deep Water Horizon ... The metallic hue of an oil slick
How about Kentucky Wildcat Blue. UK, go Cats !1
Could do lots of college team colors, I guarantee if you did a UK blue you would sell lots of these in Kentucky
It looks more black in the video.... GreenHawk Black
I don't want a glossy gritty finish on my rifle. I want my rifle to NOT stand out.
I would call it Baltic Blue. Looks like the paint on an 1989 Toyota Supra
I like midnight blue because the paint flex is like stars
I think that a good name for the color is midnight sniper blue
Emerald Stardust
I would call that dark blue color, a navy blue. It looks beautiful.
how about some matched sets, upper, lower and hand guard
Good suggestion! Perhaps in the future :)
@@Bear_Creek_Arsenal Where can I purchase these colors? Online store only has pink 15" handguards currently.. Happy returning customer..
Thinking "moon river", sparkling blue-green.
So why not offer the colors in all your products. I've gotten two complete upper but looking for specific color in a third one. Can it be special ordered. Trying to keep all my components from the same company.
That is something we're considering
"Mystic Blue" would be cool
Just has a warehouse for mag dumping
come up with an actual camouflage powder coating.
marine topaz - topaz marine -- two cool names
How about some matte camo finish options?
Powdercoat -
Is a paint with pigments and added metallic properties that has been processed into powdered form.
It is applied via a special applicator gun, that electrically charges the powdered paint, allowing for it to "magnetically" adhere to the metal surface of the project piece.
It is then placed in an oven to bake , which basically melts the paint back into a liquid and allows for bonding of the paint to itself and adhesion to the pieces.
CeraKote (brand of Ceramic coating)-
Is not a paint.. but a liquid ceramic coating with a variety of colored pigment inclusion options.
It's applied by pre-heating the material, then applying the coating to the heated project piece, then pacing back into the oven for the adhesion/curing process.
Typical to both -
For both processes, after the baking finishes, the piece achieves its maximum strength thru the slow cooling of the pieces.
They share some similarities in resistance properties between them to: heat, surface abuse, the elements, chemical interactions, etc.. but can & do vary a bit from brand to brand.
One main difference is a thinner application, that reduces tolerance issues derived from using paints
Suggestion -
research the properties of the coatings that you have available to yourself and the application & material reactions, that you want to use the coated pieces for and see which is best suited for your specific need..
Peacock Blue Green Metal Flake
Patriot Blue.
Powder coat is better - I agree with your paint guys. Cerakote is WAY over-rated and has not held up well for me. Polyester TGIC powdercoat can be as tough as the metal it sticks to in my experience. It can be quite thick though, so it is more limited in use.
Fantom pearl
Nightsky kinda hard to tell much due to the camera lighting. Would love to have a crazy short 458 setup
I agree, the lightning is terrible.
starry midnight
Midnight sky for the color
I have a firearm that I want in stormtrooper white
Deep Gunner Blue
The dark blue I would call Cobolt blue. The green/ blue flake star light green or blue.
Cobalt is more of a royal blue color. My car is candy cobalt.
id CALL IT GALAXY BLUE OR BLACK
call the paint Bass Boat
I am wondering about anodizing, apparently you can have other colors than black, Sig has a tan color. My cerokote handguard chipped after touching it with aluminum.
BAD LIGHTING BRO
Nice
I'd call it deep sea
Galactic green
Seaside Glitter
Boreallis blue
I need a complete upper chambered in 762. One ❤️ one 💙! 16in barrel. Please and thank you
“Swamp thing green” born on the bayou playing during the commercial???
I recently purchased a 308 upper from you and never saw powder coat or cerakoat options.
Are you not offering this option anymore?
Matalica
Call it BGR
I will call it midnight strike .....midnight for the dark tone the dark tone and strike for the flakes through out it
Venom blue. Sometimes blakc, glossy black has a little blue in it like venom comics characters
Iv been looking for a way to do my AR. The cerakote doesn't offer exact colors or really close ones lol.
I’m thinking (Nebula)?
Powder coat is around 10mil and cerakote is 1-2mil. Powder coat would be more for automotive.
colors are nice but a lot of us would be interested in a matching lower
We'll get it back eventually, focusing on producing our most popular items right now due to high demand
Painted the 16 inch white powder upper half black . I call it Oreo
I would love to have a powdered lime green good for those of us who have bad eyesight
Is it possible to powdercoat both the frame and slide of a pistol?
I think you should call it Chameleon!
I think you should call it Chameleon!
Push and pull... thanks for the video!
Starry night For the blueish green,
This is like the worst marketing video ever.
Twilight black or twilight blue
Can you do it to the barrel
We don't recommend it because it doesn't last long due to the heat produced by the barrel when firing
Call it “power bait” looks like a fishing lure. Pretty cool
Love your video man, quick question, how do these coatings compare to coatings made with Graphene?
Midnight Emerald
gecko blue on that 6.5 Grendel upper.
Gruesome blue. Grue as in green blue.
Gotta be Bass Boat Green
Where do they do this
Where can I get the chrome
Mediterranean blue
midnight flash
Interestingly enough I just put a beautiful patriot blue finish on my 300 blackout hand rail as well as my muzzle can that I put on it. Wish I could upload a picture in the comments
Send it to us on Facebook or Instagram :)
Midnight blue
Mystic pearl
BREEN - Blue Reflective Green
Boogaloo Black
Night train
Does cerakote and powder coat change the tolerance within the parts that are coated?
It might a little bit. That's why we don't paint the locking lugs for example
Starlight
Any idea on how soon I can get a white powder coat 300 blkout upper?
No ETA, unfortunately. We'll let you all know as soon as we develop one
The guys in the back like powder coat better because it’s easier to apply, and they aren’t very consistent with their cerakote. Powder coat doesn’t protect like cerakote does. Despite being more difficult to apply, cerakote will outperform powder coat for any firearm parts. Not to mention, cerakote is 1mil thick and powder coat is usually 2-4 mil thick, normally around 2.5-3mil on bear creek parts. Three times thicker and still not as protective.
Any 9 inch black m Lok handguards in anywhere?
Not currently, hopefully soon!
?
Come on man! Powder coat equal to Cerakote? Is that a joke? Why do you think all the high end guns use the more expensive Cerakote option? Powder coating is for patio furniture
Will the rails be available separately? I have a few BCA uppers, and would love to be able to change out the standard hand guard for one of these! Also, you guys should add a “build your own upper” where you can select caliber, barrel length, charging type, color, fluted type and rail length. I know that is a lot of possibilities, but you could just have selections available as you have them. Thanks again for the great price and quality uppers, really appreciate you guys!
Thanks for the suggestion and support! We're going to be offering rails again once we can keep up with demand for more popular items
Are you selling colored rails by themselves?
Not yet, these options are on complete uppers. We're hoping to offer that soon though
I cerakated thousands, and powdered thousands of parts. Powder is more durable, just too thick. For fire arms, if it can be anodized, have it anodized, this process probably limits your customization needs tho.
Would I not be able to reassemble my firearm with a 2 coat powder coat on the parts?
I have a friend that does powder coat. Is there any problems powder coat has for firearms. Looking to powder coat a VR80 shotgun. Will it affect performance like feeding
When will you have more uppers in stock
Working on building up our inventory every day and should be releasing some this week. Best way to tell is by following us on social media, signing up for our email newsletter, and/or subscribing to the back in stock notifications of the particular upper you want.
When should you do it to the inside of the barrel as well
We do not recommend painting the inside of your barrel
“Bermuda”
