A cool pointless detail is that those nunchuks are called "playful cloud" and were originally Toji's. When Toji died, Geto absorbed the cursed inventory spirit and got a hold on all of Tojis weapons, thats why in the jjk movie you see Geto fighting Yuta with those nunchuks. But when Gojo killed Geto, he grabbed all of Getos weapons and sometimes lends them to the students, and thats why you see those nunchuks on season 1 in the fight against Hanami. Basically Toji on pure instinct recognized one of his old weapons and yank it off of Maki to beat the shit out of Dagon.

It makes the world of Jujutsu Kaisen feel more real and lived-in. I also find it interesting that Toji was able to recognize his old weapons on instinct, even though he had been dead for several years. This suggests that Toji had a very strong connection to his weapons, and that he was very skilled in using them. I wonder if we will ever see Toji's weapons again in the future. It would be interesting to see who ends up using them and how they are used. In the meantime, I will enjoy thinking about the fact that Toji is beating up Dagon with his own nunchucks. It's a fitting end for one of the most feared curse users in the world.
Sukuna and Yuji's dynamic is literally like if the main protagonist and villain is forced to share a body. That would be like if Tanjiro and Muzan are forced together neither of them wants it and both wants to kill each other 😂

I think we already saw that Gojo tells Megumi that someone with the 10 shadows technique (megumi’s technique) has the potential to defeat someone with the six eyes+infinite as Gojo. That could be the reason sukuna’s interested in megumi.

A little info dump on RCT and the soul transfiguration stuff: We know from the Kenjaku and Geto incident that the most accurate theory for the soul is that it’s one with the body and Vice versa. The way RCT works is that it doesn’t necessarily heal per say but instead reverts your body to the shape of your soul. Think of the soul as a blueprint for the body, RCT “heals” by simply Reversing anything done to the original state of the body. The reason you can’t be RCT healed from Mahitos idle transfiguration is because the damage you receive is directly done to the shape of the body or AKA the blueprint of the soul. RCT would just constantly revert you to your new state.

Whoa... wait! Season 1 looked great from beginning to end. The solid lines and coloring made everything pop on screen more. I actually prefer the art in season 1. The thing about season 2 is that it has more of a cinematic scope and direction with shallower character art for the most part. But the character designs were stronger in season 1 just like the movie. Season 1's art direction is consistent with the film where season 2 is a bit of a departure. You can kinda see the artist fatigue in this episode and in season 2 in general (after the Gojo/Geto flashback episodes). And it's anime, it should look cartoony, lol. It's a cartoon. Have y'all seen the art in the manga?! Now that's something to talk about. The anime did the manga huge favors. But most manga creators aren't the best artists in general, lol.

When Jogo and Sukuna were talking, Jogo looked so undefined and one dimensional like he needed more shading, dimension, and color editing, lol. Season 2's focus is the scope and the fact that they're outside in the city, so they emphasized the landscapes, the open space, architecture, and made the characters look loosey and sketchy to let play around in the environment more. Still a far better product than what Mappa did with Hell's Paradise, but visually when it comes to art, season 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen takes the cake.

Yuji suppresses Sukuna not because he is strong, it is because his body is special, this is accompanied by brute strength, but it is not even close to being similar to Toji's. Toji's body is also special but for different reasons, he does not could suppress Sukuna like Yuji does

One of those instances was at the beginning of the exchange event, Kami says he is even more competent than the Zen'in head ( who Dagon said was giving around 70% of the damage to him, that was more than double the nanami % which was 30).
He also has (an incomplete) Domain expansion at 15yo and as a first year jujutsu student (not many have domains, that is the top of jujutsu and almost always unachievable that's why secret technics like simple domain exist, so that some of those who can't open a domain can at least cancel sure hit and stuff)

A little info dump on RCT and the soul transfiguration stuff:
We know from the Kenjaku and Geto incident that the most accurate theory for the soul is that it’s one with the body and Vice versa. The way RCT works is that it doesn’t necessarily heal per say but instead reverts your body to the shape of your soul. Think of the soul as a blueprint for the body, RCT “heals” by simply Reversing anything done to the original state of the body. The reason you can’t be RCT healed from Mahitos idle transfiguration is because the damage you receive is directly done to the shape of the body or AKA the blueprint of the soul. RCT would just constantly revert you to your new state.

The main issue that left Toji running rampant was his perfect no cursed energy body. Like we saw when "what woman is your type" woman was talking with Geto, Toji was COMPLETELY PERFECT. Zero cursed energy, and superhuman in general. So because his body was not using and did not have ANY cursed energy, the seance technique that would end when the cursed energy in the body was gone could not end.

The topic of the reverse curse technique to heal people was mentioned because in season 1 Yuji offered his body to Sukuna to heal Junpei, and Sukuna refused, he made it seem like he didn't want to, but in reality he couldn't, because he already had a previous contract with him but Yuji doesn't remember it.
Is not like sukuna want to help yuji in first place, even if he can do it and still having the contract intact, sukuna never help itadori in the entire manga

The reason Toji went for Megumi is because Nanami and Naobito were heavily injured. (Nanami lost one eye and Naobito one arm)
Reverse cursed technique needs one to understand the information of one's soul. Mahito's CT completely changes the soul so that RCT won't work on them. And Sukuna already made a pact in Season 1.
Nanami didn't have an eye, he was injured and tired, Naobito was even worse, tired and didn't have an arm, it's no surprise that they were defeated so quickly byJogo which is the strongest special grade curse at the moment, besides, in the Manga it is explained that Naobito's injuries affect his speed

Whoa... wait! Season 1 looked great from beginning to end. The solid lines and coloring made everything pop on screen more. I actually prefer the art in season 1.
The thing about season 2 is that it has more of a cinematic scope and direction with shallower character art for the most part. But the character designs were stronger in season 1 just like the movie. Season 1's art direction is consistent with the film where season 2 is a bit of a departure. You can kinda see the artist fatigue in this episode and in season 2 in general (after the Gojo/Geto flashback episodes).
And it's anime, it should look cartoony, lol. It's a cartoon. Have y'all seen the art in the manga?! Now that's something to talk about. The anime did the manga huge favors. But most manga creators aren't the best artists in general, lol.
yeah, season 1 looked crispier and a lot more consistent. s2 has been great but there are times the quality noticeably drops
@@lumie372 Yup! Season 1 visually was solid from beginning to end. You can tell in the Shibuya arc portion of season 2 they kinda rushed things or rather didn't detailed and polish certain frames. When Jogo and Sukuna were talking, Jogo looked so undefined and one dimensional like he needed more shading, dimension, and color editing, lol.
Season 2's focus is the scope and the fact that they're outside in the city, so they emphasized the landscapes, the open space, architecture, and made the characters look loosey and sketchy to let play around in the environment more. Still a far better product than what Mappa did with Hell's Paradise, but visually when it comes to art, season 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen takes the cake.
I'm pretty sure, some knife production people will call one of their products "Sukuna". It will be a bestseller.

Also, Jogo said something about him wanting Mahito to get stronger than him. So he isn't even greedy for power, my guy is a Man with good principles (for a curse spirit).

Megumi definitely has the potential to be stronger than the two first grade sorcerers (Nanami already reached his limit to grow and Naobito was already 73 years old), but let's be honest, he is not stronger than them in Shibuya Arc.
