No, Megumi has HUGE potential. The Ten Shadows technique would be among the top absolutely broken abilities in JJK if Megumi ever tames all 10 Shikigami. Anyone who manages to tame them all (especially the strongest one) would be on par with Gojo or very close to his level. Megumi isn't there yet tho but still he still has access to his strongest Shikigami even if he can't control yet (it was teased many times in Season 1 but he ended up never using it). That thing is leagues above Nanami and Naobito.
I mean, when Toji came into the battle, he came across Dagon and Megumi's domains clashing so it's safe to assume that he sees sorcerers that can use domain expansion as stronger.

People confuse Sukuna taking control of Yuji, and their pact. Yes Sukuna did forge a pact with Yuji, Sukuna can take over Yuji's body after saying "Enchain" for 1 minute, he also can't kill anybody. But that's only if Sukuna says "Enchain", Sukuna taking over Yuji any other way renders those conditions null.
The pact was if sukuna says the word "enchain", he takes over yuji's body for a minute but he can't hurt anyone during that minute. No personal feelings, he doesn't even know Megumi is his son. As for Nanami and Maki, they aren't dead but badly burnt. Naobito Zenin is dead though. As for Sukuna having an interest in Megumi, Megumi is the only sorcerer who can do 10 shadows technique and according to Japanese folklore, 10 is the number for reincarnation. This is not a spoiler but a guess as nothing of this sort is mentioned in the manga. Maybe Sukuna wants to create his own true body using the 10 shadows and then get his soul inside his body.
