Of course on their days off they look nothing like their characters on the show, they have to look glamorous on the red carpet they are stars so they look the part ,when they're at award ceremonies they where designer dresses or outfits they are after all actors so you know they have to look like the part or close to what a prisoner is expected to look like on a show about women in prison.
They miss out the actual "Real Life" of Nichols, which is pretty similar to her on screen life.. Like yeah, they look different; what a surprise; but Nichols is the only character where her character mirrors real life

I just started watching this show and am kicking my self for not watching this show. It is so good, i can not stop watching. I am only up to the second season and absolutely amazed at how these wonderful cast whom I adore with their brilliant acting, are able to keep this show so interesting.

SPI Latino so its okay when we watch a show about drug dealing (breaking bad) and prison break etc where men do unlawful things and become revered for it...but struggles of women in prison depicted a little more theatrically (duh. obviously) is not okay...the kind of comedy this show preaches is not like over the top obnoxious like amy schumer etc...its subtle and thats what makes it so hilarious

SPI Latino so its okay when we watch a show about drug dealing (breaking bad) and prison break etc where men do unlawful things and become revered for it...but struggles of women in prison depicted a little more theatrically (duh. obviously) is not okay...the kind of comedy this show preaches is not like over the top obnoxious like amy schumer etc...its subtle and thats what makes it so hilarious
