Day trip with me to the El Escorial Monastery

Join me on my solo adventure to the Monasterio del Escorial. Easily one of my best days in Madrid yet. Follow along as I take public transportation to the small town of Escorial just outside of Madrid. Not only do I show you how easy it is to get to this beautiful oasis, but also some of the most wonderful sites you'll get to see from the community of Madrid.
This was a very spontaneous trip, and I am so glad I went. If you're looking for things to do while you are visiting or living in Madrid, I highly recommend it. This trip is practically free and is perfect for a day trip during the weekend. Featured is a beautiful garden, palace, peacocks, and more! I hope you enjoy it.

El Escorial fué construido para celebrar la gran victoria española sobre los franceses en la batalla de San Quintín (al lado de París) el 10 de Agosto de 1558.

Hola Tara, el palacio del Escorial fue la residencia del hombre más poderoso del planeta en el siglo XVI, sus restos mortales reposan allí junto a otros reyes y reinas españoles. Es un lugar muy interesante con una rica historia además de ser un lugar muy hermoso. Y para finalizar éste comentario quiero decirte que pronuncias muy bien 'pantalón'..😁..👋
