1-no need to take out bezel and strap just for battery replacement..
2-no need to take out "beep" spring cause if it get lost?? U know wht happen..
3-DONT touch the piezo bare hand,later ur gshock no sound...

I have a gshock GA-100 the led will not light up after battery change I reset it after and made sure the spring is in the same way any ideas or something specific I missed?it beeps but will not light up with turning my wrist or pushing the button

Yes at 9:00 he is attempting (poorly) to do an "AC reset" which Casio recommend after a battery change. He is using a small tool that looks like a miniature tuning fork - the IDIOT is using it the wrong way around!!
The title of this video is very misleading as the light button is not faulty, the watch just needed a new battery.
