To use SATS you think of a scene where you and your sp are together. It can be anything just as long as it gives you the feeling of “we’re together now”. Loop the scene in your mind as you’re falling asleep. If you have resistance ask yourself why. Ask yourself why you’re telling stories that are not in line with you being together. I’m sure there is a belief or an assumption that you can uncover and then affirm for the opposite.💓💓
