Irys had one hell of a character development. Started being really bad when playing Super Mario World. To now speedrunning stages on Mario Maker 2. Hope is really amazing.
I just saw the first ep of Initial D recently and what is funny is I believe the person who did the Inirtia drift was a tofu delivery man lol, makes it even more fitting for IRyS.

I cried when she said "We are the Cutetive4!" What a beautiful moment, it really makes me want to fly up to a tower's roof and go balls out while 4 different variants of a beautiful Japanese rock song blasting in the background.
EN in general performed super well this tournement. Bae also speed carried, IRyS carried in the absence of Fauna and on her own turn.. And in the one time Fauna competed she fucking zoomed so fast as to deny other teams any checkpoint, thus giving B-team that 2-pt lead they ultimately won with.
Great clip overall, 2:12 was my favorite part. It was really funny seeing that part dramatized like this. IRyS is so cool for pulling off the W for B team.

I feel like IRyS may have had an unplanned advantage in this tournament from Fauna having to leave because of internet issues. IRyS had to step in for her, and this gave IRyS more practice on stream than everyone else within the actual tournament. But I also admit her playing the MegaMan series also gave her plenty of experience with platformers in general.
