@@laurakerley4179 As a beginner and having tried your video. (And of course, this is my opinion & experience and not directed at you as a person or dancer, solely based on this video and it's teaching capabilities for me) I had a very hard time keeping up, especially that leg lift. I felt some of the movements could have been leveled down for a beginner. For example, the jump up, with heels, the fan kick, some of the floor turns. While this isn't my first time dancing in heels, it was still difficult for me as a curvy girl, (retired) dancer, and was a bit turned off from the lack of variations for certain movements. This is perfect for someone who is intermediate (in my opinion) who knows where to place weight to get these moves flawless, and also core. I was tumbling in moments and I had things engaged, but was a bit too advanced. I think there are steps for example instead of a jump up at 21:58 we could have done a step up and progressed to a jump. I just would like to make it clear that it is based on my experience.
Tali 0 thank you for letting me know. I really appreciate it. I do however have a basic/fundamental class posted on my channel as well, and I will work on getting more content out that will talk more in detail about the movements, and will offer beginner variations for the more intermediate/advanced movements. Again, thank you for your input. It helps me get better at teaching. 🙏💕
