He was banned cause he said he was better gamer than Dad.
Thanks dad
Oh it's you
Thanks dad
Ok daad

I think that Twitch gave him a deal and then when mixer shut down, Twitch realized they got played, and banned him because they were pissed. It was the only way they could get out of the deal with Doc.
That does not make sense.
Wait... THAT’S IT ? Regardless I don’t watch streams but I wanted to know what happened and this is well very weak
I already hear daily how bad twitch already is...
You remember Mixer employees were shocked by the closure ann. I bet the deal was still on the table and those that were contacting Doc. with a deal prob. had no idea mixer was about to close.
You're really good at turning a 2 min video into 9min.
I’ve always had a theory that it was to get out of the contract. Ninja and shroud go to Mixer. Twitch gets nervous and signs dr disrespect. Mixer folds and suddenly twitch has buyers remorse. They find some ridiculous “violation” to ban him over in order to cancel any future payments on his contract. Game over.
Jeff’s “Ghost” on call of duty modern warfare
Jeff is not a voice actor for Call of Duty Ghosts, he's the voice actor for the character Simon "Ghost" Riley from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019.
good that you clear this up and the truth is out there.
The defaming from the industry insiders was a cockroach approach.
So now he's on RUclips, so that didn't work out so well for Twitch.
Twitch is losing millions of dollars a month by not having Dr. D on the platform. Twitch's loss is RUclipss gain...
It was a blessing in disguise for doc really. Twitch is literally eating itself alive.
@@709mash I despise Twitch as a platform an unhealthy amount. Love tons of streamers over there but the platform and its employees are moronic.
@@BadKarmaDrone he had 15K viewers today. Been steadily declining in viewership since the initial bump he got out of his youtube debut. He's now going to out more energy on projects outside of live streaming because he is fading. Twitch needs changes but they aren't suffering because of the few viewers dr disrespect has.
Twitch is nothing like Twitter gaming streaming flatform now lol

Literally everything we’ve seen from Twitch so far totally supports the idea they would be petty enough to ban someone for having the gall to try and bargain with them.
Twitch has become a walking definition of scumbag
Exactly. Twitch is soo petty it's disgusting.
This was already revealed like a month ago. Someone a month ago figured this out or theorized it, and it's the only thing that makes sense.
The twitch staff probably thought that negotiation was aggression against them and couldn't handle it. All the toxic masculinity and whatever other buzzwords one can think of.
Skip to 4:02, apparently he may have tried to use a potential deal with Mixer as leverage while negotiating his Twitch deal
Thank you
yeah, i mean i don't think even the mixer employees knew about the shutdown until it happened so the offer could have been valid at the time.
Thank you! So much fluff lol
Was going to tl;dw it also but you beat me to it.
Thx babycakes.
I didn't see THAT coming. I'm not being sarcastic, either. 🙂 It sounds like Twitch wanted to lowball DrDisrespect.
Rich: I don't get into all these rumors and don't bother with unconfirmed story's
Also rich: now this isn't confirmed but someone thinks this is why it happened
I think we all had an idea about twitch planning to give doc 20 mil at the same time he was allegedly going to mixer or be Mixer with the money and something about breaking terms of service
He's all about the Drama. Channel should really be renamed ReviewDramaUSA.
I know some people like to think everything that happens is just a huge coincidence but c'mon. The video being private is a big tell that someone didn't like what it said and pulled some strings to get unavailable. Noticed how no other speculation has been removed? Context matters my dudes and dudettes

@@Rofel_Wodring Not everything is a grand conspiracy. Probably was pulled because it wasn't Jeff's place to say.
This makes a lot of sense. I remember when Doc was running the youtube stream announcing his comeback. He just kept the stream going for days having members join back-to-back while donating money and superchats. He definitely did that to show twitch how they fucked up.

Rich actually did speculate like most RUclipsrs he had few videos on what it could be.
Lol yeah he did. I, through speculation, think he’s right but unless Rich is an insider himself he shouldn’t talk like this is the definitive evidence needed to label people as disgusting insiders.
Yes he did nice try Rich :P. He will probably blame it on the cucumber.
He did caveat it though...
I know, that was pretty heinous of him.
@@EBHS230DE everything he said in this video is a complete and utter lie the guy got fired from twitch because he slept with a co-worker and she came back and tried to extort him and twitch for money. I know the guy personally and no rich is not an insider he's a fat slob who makes things up just for clickbait and he's been sued for it three times since 2013 from making videos that are nothing but lies
Remember that Mt Dew canceled then restarted their sponsorship of Doc at the start of this. So if a major brand reverses course, we can reasonably assume that Twitch just didn't want to pay him.

I'll bet they miss you terribly.
Don't forget that Twitch ended up signing him and made a big budgeted ad with him right before the ban
Corruption is everywhere. Every industry, every organisation, on every level.
One thing you have to keep in mind is Twitch lost a lot of money during that time cause every other mid size and bigger streamer started getting exclusive contracts with guaranteed money. There was a second Twitch was believed to be failing. And Doc spearheaded that whole movement
Buuuuuuulshit. Twitch has always been the no.1 streaming platform, just from technical standpoint alone. Nothing about that changed and arguably, they have the better business model for content creators too. Most high earners on Twitch have fans that support them directly. It's not a million dollar contract from Twitch for anyone with an x amount of subscribers.... Not to mention the Amazon Prime stuff etc. Speaking of which, Amazon bought Twitch in 2014 and has been changing the internal structure for ads to fit within Amazon Ads Network ever since, making sure Twitch is closer to being profitable than ever before. The only real issue preventing that is going woke & broke...
@@PHeMoX Why are you reading me the history of Twitch? Twitch is the most popular. Twitch is a fraction of what RUclips is
The only reason Dr.dis got a big deal from twitch because they were afraid of losing him to mixer

Risky, yes but I'm sure they could find people that would be more than happy to back them.
Exactly
Nah wouldn’t have worked. Streaming requires a ton of money. Twitch has never made profit.
@@raaaaaaaaaam496 Yeah more in likely not, but at least it's something; I think investors would at least bite.
@@raaaaaaaaaam496 Definitely not true, why would Amazon want to buy a loss-making venture?
@@P5YcHoKiLLa bruh Amazon has been a loss making venture until a couple of years ago. You are clearly young and/or uneducated about business and economics. The only concern for business is not just profit. Market share, data, infrastructure are all other things a company wants especially one like Amazon who owns Amazon web services the largest cloud computing company in the world of which streaming is a large customer and while twitch is big it’s nothing compared to streaming services like Disney plus, Hulu, Amazon prime, and of course Netflix which accounts for the majority of all internet traffic.
If twitch really walked away over a negotiation tactic... Well I don't see how they've stayed in business.
There's shady rich people who fund all these evil companies to make sure they stay afloat and keep pushing the right propaganda
Jeff Leach wasn't in Ghosts he plays Ghost in Modern Warfare 2019.
Both twitch and RUclips need valid competitions yesterday.
After he was banned he gained more followers. I was watching the live stream when he announced he was coming back to RUclips.

Twitch was free to ban Dr Disrespect out of malice once Mixer announced they were shutting down. Twitch was more concerned about losing viewership to Mixer by having Dr Disrespect go there. Twitch did not estimate a drop in viewership by banning Dr Disrespect once mixer shut down. Hope this makes sense. And yes, I am aware he went to RUclips.
He was the best on the platform, he actually tried to entertain

March 12 2020: Dr Disrespect resigned a multi-year contract with Twitch
June 22 2020: Microsoft announces it is shutting down Mixer
June 26 2020: Twitch bans Dr Disrespect
Its been clear for a long time that Twitch banned the Doc to get out of a huge contract it felt was over priced after Mixer announced it was shutting down.
after mixer shutdown who else was on a big deal? not many and it sorta stopped the whole multimillion $ deals going around
Twitch: "We take our rules seriously"
The Community: Suuuuure ya do, sure ya do.
So the main reason why Drdisrespect was removed from Twitch was not only because of thinking about joining a different streaming platform, but also lying about it in front of everyone who were wondering what will happen next for Doc DTR? That's all it was?
Honestly even though I enjoy Drdisrespect's content every now n then, he kinda deserves it since he went behind twitch's back. U could've went up to them and discussed a solution between two parties, but naw, you didn't, n pretty much suffer thr consequences of what you did & we know what Twitch didn't say anything cause it could be useful against them n other streaming platform as some sort of negotiator tactics. Kinda wonder what other secrets the streaming sites are withholding we don't know about whatsoever.
Also Timthetatman came out n said he couldn't play with Drdisrespect anymore probably because he's on twitch n Doc is on YT & twitch despite him already

If this was the case, why couldn't Twitch just tell everyone "hey, this Dr. Disrespect dude does business practices we don't agree with". I just don't get it.
Bester they'd have to prove that in court.
@@BossManSays sorry, I don't know what "bester" means.. Anyway, they wouldn't have to prove because it's their contractual prerogative to cut ties.
You said you wouldn't talk about it if there wasn't any evidence, but this situation is the same thing lol. Even though the video was made private, you're just stretching it at this point lmao. This wasn't 100 percent confirmed either, it was from a voice actor.
😂 It makes him sound like a good guy.
This is not a new theory. So the Voice Actor heard the same theory we all did.
A theory which is also easily debunked by looking at a timeline of events.
March 2020: Beahm signs an eight figure exclusivity contract with Twitch
June 2020: Twitch bans Beahm
July 2020: Microsoft closes Mixer
IF Beahm used Mixer as leverage in March, that is more than enough time to reasonably consider the Mixer deal as legit. As for the narrative that Beahm tried to strongarm Twitch in June? He had already signed the Twitch contract months before. There was zero position to bargain.
Wouldn't it be counterintuitive to ban someone off your platform if you dont want them to leave? Hes negotiating deals with competitors and instead of offering him more so he can stay, they ban him lol. Counter. Intuitive.
True, but the part that made them want Doc gone was the fact that Shroud and Ninja were free agents again. Cancel Doc's contract and use that money to get Ninja and Shroud back now that Mixer is gone. See if Mixer was gonna close, they wouldn't have to pay Doc a big contract because the competition is now gone. They were mad because Doc used the Mixer threat to get big money.
You're looking healthier every week. Keep it up rich.
The wild thing to me, is that Twitch could have just declined his proposal. Then Doc would have either had to take the lower money deal with Twitch or take the more lucrative deal with Mixer (which was doomed to fail even if Doc joined). I dont see any logical reason for them to do what they did. To me, it seems like someone higher up took offense to how Doc was negotiating and decided to try and bury his career. A lot of these higher ups in companies that make big decisions, are huge narcissists. I can see them just trying to completely end his career over a perceived sign of disrespect. In the end, Twitch could have kept Doc on their platform for a lower salary if they had just been patient and professionally declined his proposal. Now, they look terrible in the eyes of people who are really paying attention, not to mention all the potential revenue loss from Docs streams.
This is still going?
I guess so
Twitch realized that famous streamers can become irrelevant and that they are overhyped, Ninja & Shroud are the example. Microsoft was naive to think these two will save the platform, people who watch streams just move on to the next streamer and watch who is more convenient at the time. One day is Ninja then Ludwig and tomorrow who knows, streamer career at its peak is a short game but if played right the money is there thats for sure.
"Tech Gaming News" ayt
I rolled my eyes so hard when he said that.
We should all support doc and stick it to twitch. They have been fckin up as of forever and supporting doc on RUclips, watching his stream etc would just be a good thing to do sticking by our dude. I watch him on RUclips if your a fan I hope you do as well! Have a good day everybody
Yes maybe doc was the last chance of mixer, he used the offer and signed a fat contract with twitch , then twitch understands mixer is gone , becomes mad and rathers to just pay some fine instead of the whole contract.
I’m coming back to these videos and to know Rich was probably right about son
Rich tomorrow: ReviewTechUSA was banned from RUclips for joining StoryFire last year and anyone on RUclips have no idea why ReviewTechUSA was banned on RUclips.
So I agree but the part that doesn't add up is why he didn't ever tell the public about this to stop people from wondering if he was a diddler or something. Unless of course his lawyers told him to stay quiet because they were going to litigate to recoup the lost contract wages.
I think twitch wanted to make an example out of him. No one is to big for us to drop. Say good by to the doctor.
idk this doesn’t add up if anything finding out the mixer deal was fake they could have used that against him and lowered their original deal to him and stay take or leave so not only did it help them have better negotiation power with it but that
doesn’t add up why that’s why they would burn a streamer that made them lost of money.. all they had to do is offer him enough not to go back to youtube and it would be a win for them.. i don’t think this is it i think there’s something bigger going on
So... Twitch posted a statement saying he went against their terms, then he probably went against his contract terms while renegotiating with inaccurate info. Not sure what part in there has Twitch demonizing that guy?
The part Rich made up because he’s a pew pew streamer stan.
They assumed he lied about his offer and kicked him completely off the platform. Then made it look like he did something really terrible as a content creator in order to cover their butts from letting him go off an assumption. The whole thing stinks. They didn't have to kick him off the platform in an attempt to hurt his revenue. Then attempt to sully his name which would impact his following. Also kept him from participating in tournaments Twitch endorsed. Really low down manipulation there.
Uh, the blatant petty nature of how Twitch is acting towards him after his ban and implicating him for doing something illegal?
Get off the sauce, Chad.
@@Renshai32 how exactly did Twitch made it look like he had done something terrible. The only official statement from Twitch was what Ritch mentioned. Every other piece of information we got on the topic didn't come from Twitch.
I don't believe people are fans of content creators. I believe they're fans of these content creators so long as they're on these platforms. If these content creators had real fans, why didn't Ninja bring his "massive" following with him? More to the point, if these content creators had real fans, why go to a platform at all? You'd start streaming on your own site. It shows me people are only fans of content creators insomuch as they see them on the platform, but the minute their favorite content creator leaves that platform for whatever reason, that's it, they're not seeing them again because those "fans" aren't following them to wherever they're going.
I remember this story from last summer... crazy how this is still a thing. Dr is doing great on RUclips.
Never underestimate the lack of communication between operational staff and senior management - the mixer offer could have been made in good faith whilst the senior management was debating shutting down the company. I've seen this happen in companies I've worked for - staff hired one week, major purchases of capital equipment made and then whole division shutdown a week later.
