    My wife and I moved to the Yuma Foothills in 2019. Sold my home in Southern California. Paid cash for my current home here in Yuma. Paid off all my bills to include my car. I purchased a Polaris Ace UTV. Love having it licensed for street use. It is my second car. Just paid my license tab for the Ace. The cost for renewal is $5.10!
    There is Constitutional Carry in Arizona. You can carry a firearm concealed or open carry without a Carry Permit.

    We moved to Yuma in 1954 & I grew up with no air conditioning! Was a great place, loved it. Still have a home there.

      How poor do you have to be to have no AC in Yuma?

    • @sheikhboyardee556
      @sheikhboyardee556 Год назад

      In the 1950's into the '60's very few people had air conditioning. We had a desert cooler like everyone else, but they didn't really work in the Summer. Probably a misconception is that the U.S. has always been a rich country but that's not true. Other than a hand full of rich people who exist in every country most people in the U.S. were poor until 1945. Things started getting better from then. Most everyone was like us, not much money. We all grew up somewhat poor, but we didn't know we were poor because we were much better off than our parents when they were younger. - @@joevarga5982

      I’m glad you asked, Wendy! Unless you’ll be living in the desert areas you should be completely fine. It’s very rare to find a scorpion in your home, but if you leave any shoes outside give them a little shake just to make sure there’s no critters camping out in there. Now if you actually want to encounter from scorpions I suggest looking up scorpion hunting! 🦂 🔦
