As an Egyptian, I advise you to go to Karnak for dessert, Koshary El Tahrir is one of the best selling Koshary in Egypt. As for meat, you have to go to Brins Restaurant. You will eat better molokhia and many things. The restaurants you tried are not very famous, but they are not bad I think. btw The video is very nice and I love you. and I hope you enjoy in Egypt and I forgot you should go to Luxor and Aswan to see the archeology, and if you need any help or have any

The majority of Egyptians are not used to eating camel meat or camel liver. It's more of a habit of Arab tribes/ Bedouins living in Egypt.

You don't eat with your hands. You eat with small pieces of bread, cutting with it and grabing food inside it.
I am sure you figured it out by now...but in Egypt, the bread is your "utensils" lol. Looks like you guys really enjoyed yourself and it made watching fun. I am about to head to Egypt for the third time and I have not eaten Koshari yet....maybe this time.
