I tried it yesterday, came out very crispy and spicy. But can't beat the original MEDU WADA.
Even i tried it and it doesn't taste like medu vada. Its just like pakodas.

I like your recipes. I tried the rava Vada recipe today and tbh it was not close to medu wada. Medu wada is less oily and rava absorbs oil.
