Dear me. People in this world use many languages. Some do not have the need or opportunity to speak clear English. We should be grateful for anyone who takes the effort to share their recipes even in broken English.
Why should they be in English? Why don’t you make the effort of speaking other languages instead! Most spoken language is Spanish do you speak that or is it JUST English.

I am Tamilian born and living in S Afrkica, sadly I don't speak any Indian languages but I love my Indian food. Many times I can't follow it even though the cook is speaking tamil !! Plse spare a thought for us.
@@Sarah-g1cbecause ENGLISH IS UNIVERSAL. if the u tube is only going to be aired to countries where the presenters language is understood then keep it in the foreign language but if it's being aired world wide, do everything u can to increase yr viewership!!!

My husband wanted to have medu wada since a really long time since we moved abroad from India , where we used to get ready wada batter .. I always thought that I would never be able to make the same taste he wanted .. but .. somehow after contemplating a lot.. I looked on RUclips and yours was the first video.. I tried double the measurements what you have used as I knew that if I turns out good then 1 cup won’t be enough for us.. long story short .. SUPER AMAZING YUM CRISPY FINGER LICKING MEDU WADAS ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I cannot explain the satiety my husband had after eating them.. I used a wet spatula instead of the banana leaf and I Thankyou so much for showing that technique ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Lots of thanks and love , A very very happy viewer who made something which she couldn’t ever imagine to make FROM SCRATCH.

After removing the batter from fridge, the vada should be fried quickly or batter should kept aside to become at normal temperature ?
