This song is very reminiscent of his previous works. That sound at the end makes sense.

The sound of Sleep Token is the evolution of a young man in his bedroom recording music from .. EDM , Metal , Indie and Post Punk . His voice has developed through all of these genres. He hasn’t always sounded like he does now .

@@jessiekluka yeh Alkaline is one of my favourite ST songs even now. Fall For Me was super cool, reminded me a lot of Imogen Heap “Hide and seek” when I first heard it.

Very late, but to me the ending is subverting expectations. They setup the breakdown and then cut it with that sound intentionally.
They typically add the full band breakdown in their more ballad style songs. However, in this song they set you up to expect it and then just cut it.
