  • This is a training method from the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method system. Here master Chen Zhonghua and Gord Muir demonstrates a drill that will allow two people to train to match the opponent's power and strategy.

    he is adjusting where the power or force of the attacker is going. moving it from its intended target to where he wants it. its only a small part of the yin and yang or bagwa. it takes time to make it reactionary. this guy is a good teacher.

    The Oscillatory Movement. When a body or object moves to and fro it is called oscillation but there is a condition that this movement must be around a main point or position. The oscillatory motion is also called as vibratory movement or motion.

    these same techniques can stuff take-down attempts.. if a person can't connect to your body they he wants he can't take you down. .instead of trying to sprawl or back up go forward and sink. crash right in
