I found the 3-1 trailer very helpful, especially at 3:04, 'going to the extreme and reversing'. I just wanted to provide feedback that I found this short segment very helpful. especially the information about the top and bottom of the dantian. I did some cicles while focusing on the bottom and top movements, and it seemed to help things.

I also found the explanation beginning at 6:30 very helpful, especially the demonstration of the front-back movement being separate. It seems this movement helps to move energy accumulated at the front shoulder to the back of the body and ultimately to the back foot, is this correct?
