Mr Hoffman, also stated on national media that he would do anything to stop Trump from becoming President, again!! She held not 1, not 2, but 3 mock trials to rehearse her testimony! Judge Kaplan was not a fair nor impartial judge in the case, which lead the defense lawyers to file for a mistrial after the 1st day of testimony! The plaintiff, Carroll did not /could not state a day, a month or the year of the alleged attack. There were no witnesses who could provide an eye witness account of ever seeing the defendant nor the plaintiff alone or either together at the alleged site of the encounter or attack! Meaning no witnesses were able to testify that they saw them at the scene! The 2 witnesses who claimed that they were kissed/touched without consent were not vetted nor interviewed by the defense. Again No witnesses presented for their claims.. There were constant contact by the 2 witnesses (friends) with Carroll leading to the trial. Carrol wrote a script in for SNL for William Shatner describing an encounter similar to what she claimed & there was for a storyline on Law & Order with the same claims . Evidence & testimony from Carroll claiming sexual assaults & rape by several prominent men throughout her lifetime were not presented to the jury! The dress Carroll stated that had Trump’s DNA was not entered into evidence, even when Trump asked for it to be entered! Carroll kept daily journals and there were NO mention of the sexual encounter with Trump in any of her journal’s entries!! There were so much more about her claims that was troubling in the trial that Carroll’s claims did Not give credence to her claims!!! In other words, she was Not credible!

If non members of congressional officials are living in Washington DC they should be a considered a citizen of Maryland to be able to vote in Presidential elections. We were at a Mardi Gras ball in Washington DC years ago and my daughter took an ACT test there…you wouldn’t believe the way kids showed up. There were no rules they didn’t break and no one said a word. Starting with just showing up when they wanted, eating, taking anything they wanted in the test site…I can’t imagine how the kids felt with so much disruption.

I think Mayor Bowser is great. I first (virtually) met her at a lecture series hosted by my alma mater. She is the perfect mix of high intelligence, sensitivity, and deep care for the community. She’s an excellent listener and enormously insightful. So eloquent--I was taking notes on everything she said. I’m so proud of her, and hope to be like her as I move through my own professional career.
