Roe V Wade never should have happened, the US supreme Court interprets the Constitution and everything else is left up to the States. The Constitution does not address abortion.

Although I am against abortion, I am hesitant to support Congress weighing in on it now that it has been returned to the states. I just think it is better to let each state battle for or against it. We were under judicial rule for so long and I would rather not give back power to Congress on this issue.
But those pro abortionsist will fund movers to each state when it's up for vote to pass. As the same sex Marriage probably grew & passed. On their salary payroll w tax deductions for residency. Usually takes 2 yrs for issue to be on ballot. Should be some way to track SS# to where ea individual has ONE vote or ten yr residency requirements to change state laws. After all, transportation & communication has chgd & impacted society & it's values. Ie this text. imo

*It is still under Judicial rule, just on a state-by-state level.* It is just relegated back to the states where it should have stayed. Each state has people they vote for, and those same people either support abortion, or they don't.
The rules of law still apply but at a level that doesn't dictate to every state what it will be for every state whether the state agrees with them or not. The tether was essentially cut.
Most states returned back to what they had before Roe vs Wade was overturned and that was legislation written into law. Laws that are stuck inside their state borders so that if you disagree with them, you can leave them behind and move. When it was Federal you were subjected to national legislation.

Haven't you had a friend you don't agree with on all subjects? There is such a thing. I disagree with almost everything Schumer says, but I don't see him every day either. Schumer disagreed with Impeaching Mayorkas, and Kennedy also disagreed with him on that. People don't always have to agree to be friendly towards one another, but they do work closer than I ever would want to with Chuck Schumer. Chuck Schumer is a traitor for failing to Impeach Mayorkas due to his party politics because he could care less about those he represents and sticks with the party over people. I could say more, but I don't have all day to comment on Chuck Schumer (D).

You murder billions of 'children' every day. All kids are the product of a specific sperm and specific egg, every time any of those possible combinations is not given the opportunity to thrive that 'kid' is gone forever. Every pregnancy means the murder of the millions of other possible combinations from the same 'act', There is no difference if you withdraw the support for a possible combination by using a condom, a crusty sock, the pill or an abortion a few weeks or months later. In all cases, the potential child is gone forever.
As humans we only get a minuscule chance at existence, if we are ever in an environment that cannot support us we die, if we are unable to survive in any environment we usually die. however we do sometimes get an extra chance to thrive with the help of someone else (mother, doctor, parent, fireman, stranger) who volunteers to give us the help we need to survive. We can ask for their help or they could offer to help but we do not get the right to force them to help (except for 9 months in some jurisdictions). A parent who chooses not to look after their kid can hand the kid over to the state to find another volunteer to take over, if we are ill we can ask a doctor to help but we cannot force either of them to help if the choose not to. If a kid's life is important to you then you should volunteer to take responsibility for that life but you should not get to force someone else to do something that you are not willing to do yourself.
Forcing anyone to do something they do not want to do, that you are not willing to do, is hypocrisy and slavery.

I remember it, too. I was and am appalled by Schumer's behavior! The SCOTUS is an EQUAL branch to the legislative and the Executive branch. I surely wish the Legislative branch would make honorable decisions like the Judicial branch does!

Abortion is not birth control. If a woman does not want her child the father should be able to seek custody of that child if he desires and if not the child should be made available for adoption.
