No one should ever tell Senator Kennedy that his time has expired. He is articulate, respectful and get's right to business. One the finest U.S. Senators the United States has ever known. He's from an extremely rare breed.

Not really, The Federal Reserve's was created through an act of congress, and its leaders are appointed by the government. Because of this it is part of the government, and thus public not private. (This is not a defense of the Federal Reserve)
