Besides adding Divider in the Gen 6 454 upper plenum Richard Holdener on your project now, It would be interesting to cut the Divider back more on another spare Gen 6 454 upper plenum.
I have another spare 454 Gen 6 upper and lower plenum myself.

I had planned on running a 7.4 and running the 24 time reluctor from efi connection. Dropping a harness for a 5.3 on it and see what kind of boost it would take.

Just picked up a gen 6 454 and want to switch it to carb can i use my my aftermarket 4 barrel intake off my 70s 454 off my camper special or is it a special intake i need to oder like the vortec 350 5.7 thans richard just started fallowing

I've been thinking about replacing the stock manifold on my TBI Gen V 454 with an RPM Air-Gap while retaining the stock TBI by using a TBI-Square Bore adapter.
I'm saving up for a cam swap on it, figuring I should change intakes while it's all apart.

Turbo City used to make a kit to put twin 350 throttle bodies on the 454. Was a cool setup, and you can do it yourself.
Your stock throttle body flows 650 CFM.
Yes, a good dual plane intake with a good spacer will help.
If you really want power, increase the compression ratio. A set of closed chamber heads is worth a ton of power.

Do you know much boost the factory gen 6 454 intake handle?I haven’t seen any turbo 454 videos using that intake. I’d like to build a single turbo set up for my gen 6 454 and use it for towing.

From a strength standpoint, the factory aluminum intake would handle more boost than the rest of the motor.
