North Pier -KZN - Bait Vs Lures

DAY- 1-LURE
Starting the morning off with famous McArthy jerk minnows, working them from the bottom with an occasional twitch. Was a slow start to the session but persistence eventually paid of and lionel managed a couple kingies, kob and lost another.
Tackle Used
Mcarthy jerk minnows (3 and 4 inch)
Pro Bass scented/colour dye
BKK round head jig heads
NEW Recon Inshore 8.6ft 2p paired with the ITX reel
Boss Braid
DAY 2-BAIT
Trying for edibles his first bait was picked up in a matter of seconds, unfortunately, it was his nightmare "a big skate" .
Fishing light with 20lb Braid he knew the outcome from the start but tried his best.
The bites started to come in fast and he got bitten off on the next cast, following through with a kobbie on the next cast before he could rush of to work.

Okuma Precision rod paired
Cedros reel spooled with Boss Braid
BKK 4/0 chinu
