Thank you Kathryn! I like both over the top and simple. I can never decide! I didn't know how this one would go over, but I'm glad you and others like it!
Mona, It's so sweet, the simplicity is very charming indeed ❣ On a side note I noticed your beautiful wedding ring & engagement set they're stunning dahhhhhlin ❣
New to your channel and love learning new crafts! My husband and I really need to downsize...but we would need another house just for my crafts 😂. Thank you for sharing your awesome talents and Happy Holidays to you and your family 🎄❄️🎄
Hi I've made my very first resin piece which is a letter E - it seems to have sunk and is quite bendy still after a week- what have I done wrong? I'm using easy cast resin on a 1-1 ratio- love all your tutorials- your the reason I've started this small hobby and I just love it- thanks for your help 💕
Hi Janette! Thank you and I'm glad you are jumping in! Easy Cast is a little bit of a softer resin, but still should not be bendy. Adding colorant might throw off your ratio a bit. If you didn't measure exactly or mix according the directions, it can leave it a little bendy as well. Hope that helps!
I loved seeing this with paper. I have way too much scrapbook paper, amongst everything else I have way too much of, and this sparked my imagination! So if you missed a spot with the Mod Podge, the paper would have gotten the splotchy bits right away, right? Not like a week down the road and suddenly there's spots? I loved how you did this with the red resin. But wait.... where's the glitter? LOL! I cannot remember if you've done resin and paper before, but this was a great video. Thank you!
Thank Marilyn! I have way too much scrapbook paper and everything else too!!! Yes, if you miss a spot with the Mod Podge, the splotches will show up almost immediately. I do multiple coats, just to make sure I get it all covered. I think I've done quite a few with paper, over the years. A couple that come to mind are the Marilyn Monroe coaster, the Batman coaster and the Frozen coasters. There are too many to keep track of!!!! 😂
I wouldn't put it back in the mold because when you take it out, you break the seal and resin gets between the coaster and the mold. I could have left it in the mold, added the tree and then the last layer of resin.
I LOVE THIS ONE!!! I'm a huge collector of anything that has Paris on it!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ONE!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you Jade!
Bling and glitter are beautiful but there's something to be said for plain and simple. I love this coaster.

That's a great idea. It might be neat to use someone's wedding invitation and then give the coaster to them as a first-Christmas-together gift.
What a FABULOUS idea!!!!
Simply beautiful. Love the minimalist look!

Do you sell your coasters?

@@CraftKlatch Thank that does help me- although I still have to get the hang of the first pour being the front of the mould! 😀 thanks for your reply

Just a quick question: Could you turn this into a Christmas ornament and if so how??
Sure. You can drill a hole in the top and add a ribbon to hang it.
do the modge podge streaks from the brush disappear before the resin is applied
Yes! Especially if you use the super gloss Mod Podge and let it completely dry. I've had trouble with the original Mod Podge being cloudy.
Do you sell them? I'd LOVE to buy it!!!
Could you have put it back in mold then poured last layer of resin on?
I wouldn't put it back in the mold because when you take it out, you break the seal and resin gets between the coaster and the mold. I could have left it in the mold, added the tree and then the last layer of resin.

Ok. Thx.
How about using wrapping paper?
You could absolutely use wrapping paper!
RUclips really needs to improve their captioning. They have your video starting with "hey guys it's morning here at crap class". 😂😂😂
