    Hello Nae! Maybe writing out a rough plan in the evenings for the next day would help you to feel less overwhelmed in the mornings. I do this sometimes, even planning out what I’m going to have for breakfast the next day, and it really helps me to feel more clear-headed and productive the next day. Such a beautiful video btw! ❤

      that helps me a lot as well! especially in combination with journaling in the morning (similar to the way nae described, just writing down all the thoughts, fears, etc.)

    Omg Nae!!! I just came across your content and I feel so grateful ahhh I LOVE this video. Such inspiring routines here, definitely going to start incorporating them into my life :)) So much of what you're sharing here reminds me Superhuman meditations that I started using recently after a friend showed it to me. It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and manifest your future. Sooo applicable to letting go of anxiety and feeling calm and productive.
